Some random things people might feel/do are:
• Get or feel embarrassed for other people in movie, books, real life. I like to call this secondhand embarrassment.
•Not being able to go anywhere alone
• Staying quiet in conversations with three or more people.
• Feeling left out in group conversations since you don't participate and your friends mingle with others instead of you.
• Having that gut wrenching feeling when the teacher randomly calls your name.
• Talking on the phone is no more awkward than talking in person. Phone calls are a no no and leaving voice messages pshh no thank you.
• Always preparing what you are going to say to some one. Kind of like rehearsing it in your head so you don't slip up
• Getting that warm burning feeling in your cheeks indicating they are indeed turning red. All because some kid gave a simple 'hi'
If you ever need someone to talk to about social anxiety, self harm, anxiety in general, eating disorders, or depression, you can always talk to me. I've been there, done that, and currently struggling with it.
Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I'm not going to give you some shit lie about how I was so busy with school or family because in reality, I have just been down and didn't really feel up to writing. Just kind of wanted to you know go to school and come home and sleep. Also if some of the things I write are kind of repeats of the previous chapters sorry, forgive me.
