Mr Bad Boy

Chapter One

"-ke up Aloura! Wake up!" Someone was screaming in my ear. I waited till my eyes adjusted to the light to see who was yelling at me to wake up. I blink a couple times until I realize it's just Jae. I then start to close my eyes and fall back asleep. "No no! Get up Aloura and get ready! We are going exploring!"
I let out a groan as I slowly lift myself up to a sitting position. I look out the window to see it's bright and sunny out.
"What time is it?" I groan as I rub my eyes. Jae who was getting me clothes from my dresser turned around.
"It's 7:30." She taps her phone then goes back to searching through my clothes
"Are you looking at shirts for yourself or are you picking me out an outfit?" I ask.
"For myself, the shirt I'm wearing is ugly."
"Wha- I think it's cute."
"Then you have it!" I let out a laugh as Jae throws the shirt at me since she already found a cuter one in my dresser and changed into it.
"Okay, how does this look?" Jae asked as she turned around. She was wearing one of my white crop tops and some blue ripped jeans with converse.
"Cute!" I smile. Finally, I get up and walk to my dresser to pick something out. I ended up choosing black leggings and a light blue crop top with my high tops.
"Oooo, that shirt's so cute!" She tells me. I smile as I continue to do my makeup. She joins me and it take us about 4-5 minutes to do our makeup. I then start to brush out my hair. Luckily I don't have to worry about straightening or curling it since it's already naturally straight.
Soon enough, we were out of the door walking down town. We walked past buildings with graffiti drawn all of the walls. We soon found a little walk way with pink blossom trees on the edge of the pathway on each side. It looked like a cute spot to take a photo so I had Jae take some photos of me. I posted them on instagram and we continued walking. Soon enough we come across the ice cream place that woman at the desk was telling us about. So, we decide to get some. I got mint chocolate chip and Jae got moose tracks.
As we were walking out, Jae accidentally ran her shoulder into some random guy. She automatically turned around to apologize but stopped mid sentence. I turned around to see what had stopped her from walking and saw her with this good looking guy, he wasn't specifically my type though.
"Shit I'm sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going" The boy says. Jae just stares at him.
"Oh don't worry, it's okay. Um I'm aloura, this is Jae." I introduce ourselves.
"I'm Derek. Is it your first year here?" he asks.
"Yeah it is!" I nod. Jae still seems to be zoned out staring at him.
"Oh cool, it's my second year. Would you guys like to go grab coffee or something? I'm quite currently locked out of my dorm and they have to make a new key so I kinda have to spend the day out."
"I think I'm going to continue to look around but Jaelyn here," I slap my hand onto her shoulder to snap her out her gaze "has been complaining that she's pretty hungry so she's free to go. Anyways, have fun!" I say trying not to laugh. Jae just looks between us confused.
"Wait huh?" She asks.
"Derek here, is going to take you out to coffee if you would like. Call me if you need anything okay? Bye Derek, take good care of her!" I joke around with him waving as I turn around. A couple stores infront of me, the doors open and three people walk out. Two boys and one girl. I hear Derek groan so, I turn around and ask, "Who are they?"
"That is Dallen, Blaise and Stella. I would suggest try not to make any contact with them. They tend to have fun in bulling every first year there is. I'm betting you they're laughing right now bc they just made a first year cry." He gives them a dirty look. "Oh! And lucky me, Dallen is my soon-to-be step-brother."
"Damn! That sucks, and yeah i'll try not to make any contact with them. That goes for jae too, if she will actually listen instead of intensely staring at you." I tell him. Derek laughs. "Anyways i'm going to continue walking now, bye!"
I start walking off and turn to look at them. I watch as they walk into the coffee shop, Derek holding the door open for her. I smile to myself hoping that Jae finally found someone that will make her happy and treat her like she deserves. My thoughts get cut short though as I hear laughing coming from around the corner. Knowing my curious self, I walk faster to look at what was happening. I pause as I finally come around the corner.
It was Dallen, Blaise and Stella. Laughing at some girl that's on the ground infront of them. She looks absolutely terrified.
'i'll try not to make any contact with them' yeah no. Fuck that.
I start walking towards them which they don't seem to realize until I couldn't keep my mouth shut.
"What the fuck do you think your doing?! I know it's none of my business but I don't think this girl deserves such cruel words thrown at her." All I could see was red. I can't just let people get bullied. Not after what happened to my younger brother..
"And who do you think you are? Some newbie? Okay well, you have no buisness here and have no right to barge in on our.. conversation with Olive over here. So, you can turn around and keep walking, or join her on the ground.. your choice." the blonde girl, I'm guessing is Stella, snarled.
"Who are you to talk? You seem like a bitch, you look like a bitch, so I wouldn't be surprised if you were." Before I could continue, she couldn't keep her mouth shut.
     "What the fuck did you just call me?" She takes a step torwards me expecting me to back up but I stood my ground.
     "Did I stutter? You heard me loud and clear and either way, it doesn't give you the right to treat her that way. She looks like such a sweet genuine girl and I wouldn't be surprised if she was. So can you kindly fuck off and go pick on someone your own size." Okay she was pissing me off. She lunged at me, trying to scratch and pry my face off. I didn't wanna give in so I just hid my face waiting for someone to pry her off of me. Which is what the blonde boy did.
"Don't be a pussy and waste your time on this hag" he says.
"Oh but you will waste your time on her?" I look over at the girl on the ground "It's not like your any better than Stella, you're twice the bitch she'll ever be." I give him a pissed off look. He tried to hide his anger but it looks like he couldn't control it. Because next thing I know i'm being pushed to the ground. But I grabbed his flannel so he got pulled down with me. He landed on top of me which I'm not gonna lie, it kinda hurt. His face was hovering above mine and I ignored how his eyes flashed down onto my lips. I hear Blaise yelling at Dallen to 'leave it' but Dallen already pushed me down.
"You never touch a girl." I whisper and knee him in the nuts. He groans and rolls over. A look of regret flashes in his eyes but I ignore it. Instead, I quickly get up and run over to the brunette girl. She's still on the ground but is slow with her movements. I bend down to help her up. Then walk her to the other side of the building. She has a huge red mark on the side of her face, I bet stella slapped her. "Are you okay?!" I ask.
"Yeah. T-Thank you, I wouldn't have been able to stick up for myself and you didn't have to stick up for me yet you still did and you don't even know me. But thank you, so much." She says in a very soft voice. I smile at her.
"It was no problem at all, they were bitches and absolute bullies. I'm so sorry they treated you that way. I'm Aloura Emerson, this is my first year here. I just arrived yesterday." I told her.
"I'm Olivia Johnson, it's my first year here as well and I just arrived today but sadly, I went to school with Dallen, Blaise and Stella so i'm not surprised they automatically bullied me." She told me.
"They've always been like that?!"
"Yeah ever since I was a kid. Stella wasn't as bad, neither was Blaise. Dallen used to be so kind but then his father started going hard on him, his parents got a divorce and I guess it just caused him to go bad. Stella followed in his footsteps, whatever he does she has to do too. It's like she's in love with him or something. And Blaise, he isn't that bad he usually just stands there and doesn't say a lot of rude shit- excuse my language."
"Oh don't worry about it but damn,"
"Yeah.. but um, i'd watch your back. No one has ever stuck up to them before so I wouldn't be surprised if Dallen or Stella tries to do anything" Awkward silence fell over us. Her phone rings and she looks down at it. "Well, it was really nice meeting you Aloura and I really hope in the future we can become closer but my girlfriend is actually right around the corner to pick me up. I'll talk to you later?"
"Yeah for sure!" I smiled. Right as I said that, a Black Nissan pulls up and she hopes into the passenger seat after waving by. I then realize I have no idea where I am. The road does not look familiar at all. I tried to text Jae but nothing was going through. I kept walking around but what I didn't know was that I was walking farther and farther away from where I came from..
It soon fell nightfall and I had no absolute idea where I was. All shops had turned their lights off and started closing. My breathing starts to quicken as I started thinking the worse.
"Oh no, no no no. Please not right now." I whispered to myself. I sat my self against a brick wall. Knees pressed against my chest. It's getting so hard to breathe. Someone help me.
A hooded figure soon appears from around the corner and starts walking towards me. My eyes widen but i'm too afraid to move. They take their hood off and it's the last person I expect to see..
