Just a babysitter

The mountains

Y/n pov:

The sun was peeking through your blinds and the shine reached your face. You slowly opened your eyes, grabbed your phone from your nightstand and looked at the time. It was only half nine and you had plenty of time before heading out with your best friend.

You checked your social media and got up ten minutes later. Rushing to the bathroom you brushed your teeth fixed your bun and went to the kitchen to get breakfast. You still had some leftover pancakes and you topped them with berries and cream. You also boiled some water and made yourself a cup of tea.

Enjoying your breakfast you decided to watch more anime since you left it on a cliffhanger. Now your stomach full, you went to take a quick shower and decided on what you were going to wear today. You went with a colorful tracksuit, a bucket hat and looked for your hiking shoes which you finally found since you had thrown them behind all your other shoes.

You wanted to just relax a bit before your bestie would call you to meet up where you always do. A bit after eleven she called and you packed a tiny backpack with necessities you might need, such as small snacks and plasters.

You tied your shoes and headed out the door. It wasn't a long walk and you heard your friend calling for your name before you even had a chance to spot her. You knew a shortcut that would lead straight to the path going up the mountain.

"So, the babysitting job. How is it?" Your best friend asked with curiosity. "Well, my boss is a single dad with a 2-year-old boy who is really cute." You said to her still looking where you were going. But you could see her smirking. "Is he hot? The dad." She asked giving you a wink. "You moron, I'm not going to think about him like that." Obviously lying since you did already.

Your friend just hummed and you continued to tell her about how you had fun with the kid in the park while his dad was in a meeting. She was definitely going to bug you about how you should try to seduce the man.

You reached the top of the hill and laid down a small quilt. You both sat down eating whatever you had packed and just laughed. You had fun together no matter what you were doing. It has always been like that. You grew up together and because of that you were really close.

After a couple of hours just chatting about random stuff you headed back down and you said bye to each other before both of you went home. You kicked off your shoes and sat down on the couch. It was really great to spend time with your bestie like that.

You checked the schedule Toji had send you and set your alarm for the next day since you had to be at his place at nine thirty. You were a bit tired after all that walking and you just relaxed on the couch listening to music and reading your favorite manga.

These parts aren't super long since I'm updating this pretty frequently. Definitely going to make them longer nearing the ending because that's something I haven't planned yet. So honestly, I don't know how I'm going to end this.
