Chapter 5

Takemichi's Pov:
Okay so if my first mission is to save Ni san and Shinochiro, I need to come up with a plan to save them. But how do I do that. "Honestly I don't know why you try to hard, just give up" "Someone as weak and pathetic as you would never be able to save them" I then started hearing the voices say. Great there back again, I was hoping on not being able to hear them once I time traveled. I just sigh and continue to ignore the voice.

"Hana?" I look up to see Ni san. "You okay I have been calling you for the last five minutes" wait seriously, I didn't even notice when he came in or when he started calling me. "Sorry Ni san I spaced out for a bit" I apologize. "It's okay Hana, anyways I made some soup, it doesn't have a lot of veggies or other ingredients but I tried using the things we had" he then says. I looked down at the bowl, he was right there wasn't as much veggies as there were supposed to be in soup, just carrots and potatoes.

But I didn't mind, I got accustom, we weren't rich or anything, we're somewhat getting by. Although I am not complaining, I never did no matter what, because I know Ni san tries his best. He works two jobs, and is going to school and he still makes time for me. "Hana?" "Ah sorry", "It's okay eat up before it gets cold". I took up the spoon and was about to eat when it hit me. "Did you eat Ni san", "Hm? Oh I did, don't worry about me and eat" He says as he gives me a nervous laugh. I knew he was lying. He didn't eat. I think it's mostly because this was probably all he got from what little grocery we had left.

I felt horrible, he didn't get to eat, he never really eats, he always studies about me eating. I felt really bad, if he didn't had to take care of me, he wouldn't have to go through this. He has to not only take care of school bills, he has to take care of  the other bills, food and other things we need, and all by himself. We didn't have any other family, so it wasn't like they could have provide us with money, and I was underage to work so I couldn't help. Don't get me wrong it wasn't like we were extremely poor, it's just that we are struggling a bit.

"Hana?" I was once again snapped out of my thoughts. I then started to eat, I left back half bowl of the soup. "Here" I offered him. "Ah no no Hana you have to eat all of it..." I cut him of by saying "Ni san my belly is full, you should eat it" "But I'm not hungry..." this time he was cut off by his own stomach rumbling. I saw him turn a pretty shade of pink. "I'll eat it" He then took the bowl and started eating. And I smiled.

{After ten minutes also it's around noon}
"That's right Hana?" "Yes?" "I have to actually meet with a friend of mine" I just nod. "So I was wondering if you wanted to come with me" I raised a brow "He also is bringing his siblings with him" I just gave a little "oh". "Sure" I reply. I don't think anything bad will happen if I go meet his friend, although it would be a first, Ni san isn't really the type to make friends.
