Chapter 8 Earth Soldiers on the Ground Part 2

The 5 villagers were trapped with 2 Beowolfs in front of them and the 2 Grimm were slowly approaching them. Their lives are doomed as the single Beowolf charges in and raised its claws to end them until a gunshot was heard, the Beowulf has a hole in its head and falls to the ground until it dies. The villagers saw the Grimm creature dies and fades away to ashes. The other Beowolf turns around and it saw Jared, Jaune, and H2O Delirious with their weapons up and ready to shoot. 

The other Beowolf gives a roar and charges towards the three. Jaune and Jared were about to shoot the Grimm but didn't as H2O Delirious switches his rifle to his shotgun and shoots the Grimm's leg, making it explode its leg to pieces. The Beowolf creature was on the floor and tries to crawl towards them still but H2O Delirious walks towards it and steps on its back, making it stop is crawling towards Jared and Jaune. The Beowolf attempts to attack Delirious with its claws as it's going to reach him but he aims down on its head and blasted it.

H2O Delirious: Scratch that!

Its head was gone and soon its body fades away. The villagers saw the unknown soldiers and they are in debt and grateful that their lives are saved but full of confusion cause they don't know who they are. The villagers were going to say something but Jared and Jaune walks towards them and asks first.

Jared: How many are you here?

Dog Faunus Male: Wh-Who are you?

Jaune: No time to explain. How many are you living here?

Human Female: We don't know. Some manage to escape from here but there are more people that are still trapped.

Jaune: Alright, go! There's an evac zone on the beach.

They nodded immediately and rushes out past them as they are going to reach the evac zone. H2O Delirious assembled with Jared and Jaune as they are ready to move on the next.  Jared then brings his radio out to contact Victor.

Jared: Victor, we got the villagers here.

Victor of the radio: Affirmative. There are more villagers barricaded themselves in a tavern not far from your location. There are 6 Grimms that are trying to get in the tavern sir. They are holding them off well but they won't last long.

Jared: Copy that, we'll get there fast. (places his radio back on his holster) Let's move!

Jaune and H2O Delirious nodded. They rush out to reach their next area to rescue the villagers. On top of them was the predator drone that is still flying around until it spots a small horde that was getting close to Wildcat and his Rangers as it was surrounding them. 

The small horde is caught the scent of the 5 villagers who are still running. Down on the ground, the villagers were still running through the village buildings in flames, they stop to look around as they are trying to look for the open path to the beach but only found debris blocked to the path and the fire is blocking, they are still looking around until they heard loud shoutings.

????: Hey! Over here!

All of the villagers look at the source to find 3 soldiers that are waving and whistling at them in their cover position. And an open path to the beach. Cartoonz and his 2 rangers created a defensive line with boxes they use to place their machine guns on top with tripods on them.

Private U.S Ranger 8: Over here!

Private U.S Ranger 4: (whistles loud).

Cartoonz: Evac is this way! Hurry!

The villagers rush towards them and went past them to reach the evac zone. Ohmwrecker and his squad watch the villagers running from the window while Lugo and his squad at the other building did the same but soon they are on guard for Grimm. Cartoonz and his machine gun team look back to the villagers then look in front. As they were still on guard, Ohwmrecker's radio was heard.
