So this was jinx's sister, hmmm rough edges but morally correct. Alright he liked her, but where was she and not with appearent little sister. Oooohh an info broker maybe, brothel front with many good informants and influences. He watched her step in. Never touching ground, he leapt to the building and spider man'd his way in.

Staring at the multitude of drugs was the leaser bit worrying where had this vi gone. Crap shes already leaving, ohhh left behind the cop thooo. Interesting.

Welp there goes sevika, thats a cool arm he broke. Good to see she fixed it, better stop her before they die. "Hellloooooo how was your dayyyy?" Both women stopped fight for moments, vi kept her guard up, and sevika grinned hapilly.

"Perfect, kid this is the one Silco wants dead." Vi gripped her knuckles tighter, this confidence in him was concerning her. Naruto stepped into the room and slowly push sevika aside.

"Come on then, your the sister of the girl im trying to date. Can't you just make up with Silco, cause I'm on jinx side but i really have no idea whats going on in this city or world. Where the FUCK AM I?" Sevika squinted again.

"What does that mean, you some kinda spirit or demon, cause then your good to leave."

"No, god please I've killed and conquered those, no no no. I've just had a very long life, watching people fight, by my hand or others. *sigh* vi right?"

"Who are you!?" Vi grunted with anger, her sister was dating this supposed world traveling killer. "You better stay away from Powder!?"

"Whas that?" Narutos head turned over. Vis anger grew.

"Her name is powder, not jinx!"

"Interesting, then why jinx?" He turned to sevika, she grinned and pointed back at vi, who was looking away "ohhh vi, what did you do?"

"Dont talk to me like that, you dont know anything about us. It was them and Silco who led us to here. Your the ones who caused all this!"

"They created Jinx?" Naruto looked at sevika, nooo she seemed to almost wanna laugh at vi, not the situation but what she said "thats not true is it?"

"N-no they weren't, but that doesn't change what I'm here for today." Vi sprinted at him, with more than enough time to react he slowly walked. She was like an animal, no real technique but skill was top charts. A sharp kick to her chest layed her on her back. Vi grunted and jumped back up, throwing a flurry of blows. He cuaght her flying fist, kicked her legs out and a ferocious side kick sent her skidding.

"Alright thats enough, just kill her!" Naruto chuckled as he walked up to vi. Vi was quezing, air explunge was painful. Naruto stopped infront pf her.

"Mmm no I wanna see how it all panes out, what are you gonna do about all this vi, what CAN you do?" She spit out some blood and stood up, only inches shorter than him. She snapped a fist to his face, turning it slightly. "Heheh you sisters are really good at catching me off guard." His cheecked swelled for seconds before reducing.

"What are you?"

"I'm human, just not your human." He threw his hand out and a pulse of blue left his hand as he connected with vi's stomach luanching her into the wall and cuasing her to crumble. Vi gasped and grunted in pain. "Look I'll take care of your sister, she will be safe."

"Not with Silco and the uppercity always hanging over our heads."

"Well I'm not a wish granter, so now you have a few choices, i can kill everyone up there orrr I can slay Silco. I can do both and disappear but not without her, I just dont wanna see that poor girl get caught up in this shitty shit."

"Then help ME, not silco, you have some kind of power then use it!" Naruto stared for a few seconds, then back flopped onto the shadows, sliding into them like a liquid. Both women stared in disbelief, what the hell is up with his abilities

*BANG BANG BANG*

Gunshots rang through the night.

They looked up and a body fell next to Vi. Causing both to jump back at the spectacle, Catelyn tried to catch her breath but damn he hits hard. "Hey you okay, stay down this guy has magic or something."

"Magic,wierd why does everyone think that? Mmm sounds like fun, but no this is something you and everyone has." They turned around and saw nothing "I just happen to be able to use it." They swiveled to see him back infront "Look, you want your sister back, and you, I don't know who you even are?"

"I'm Catelyn Kiramman and by order of the council your under arrest" Catelyn walked towards Naruto.

"Catelyn Don't" Catelyn stopped and turned "he'll just put you on your back, he's too much for us."

"You know who took the gemstone?" She turned back to Naruto.

"Whatch ya talking bout willis, like a pretty stone?"

"Yes, like a pretty stone, i need it back, it rightfully belongs to Pilltover."

"Mm hmm, and what will happen if i don't have it."

"Well nothing but you know who does. I can't let you walk away." Vi looked between them uncertain.

"Thats adorable girly, but he'd kill you in seconds." Sevika chuckled out from the sidelines.

"True but will I, no not quite, see I dont know how jinx feels about all this,you see I'm just a variable. You all seem to think i have a side." Sevikas eyes widened slowly starting to come to the true extant of his outsider status.

"Who are you?!" Sevika asked uncertain.

"Oof thats the crazy part isnt, I'm quite literally no one. A being, to you, that has no explanation, and thats the saddest part, I know who you are, but you dont know who I'am."

"But we've never met BEFORE!?" Naruto stared at Catelyn and Vi with blank eyes. He turned around completely to them.

"Fool, do you lie all the time?"

"Never, i wouldnt allow it!" Catelyn responded.

"Then what about the True evil and criminals of this world. Think about this, why is it easy to kill the opposition and not pacify?"

"Wha-a, I-I dont understand-"

"Exactly, you dont know what it's like, so obviously your not informed enough to be law enforcement, your already to inexperienced and unwilling as a human. Your indecisiveness got you killed right there." Catelyn didnt understand the true meaning, obviously taking a life was bad. She didnt see that people lose that right when they have chosen no mercy over their remorse, Becoming what they fear, with no realization.

"Vi" She looked up with a almost half understanding look, almost as if she never thought about that. "I dont know whats going on, but Jinx seems to have serious issues with your sisters past, I had a brother, so I wouldnt quite understand." Vi looked up expecting his pity. He was almost broken, even the strong too huh? Vi sighed and clenched her fist.

"Where is my sister, please." Naruto wasnt surprised but was emotionless.

"Absolutely!."
