Backstory: Jessie is the daughter of the Joker (Jerome Valaska) and Harley Quinn, she grew up in Gotham and was always involved in missions with her parents until they both split up and Jessie was placed in Arkham Asylum after killing someone who she thought looked like Bruce Wayne. Jessie was only 13 when she joined her mother in the Suicide Squad
Personality: She's obviously crazy like her parents, in fact she's worse. Jessie's very aloof, clumsy at times and likes to make jokes about everything but she can be very dangerous if she's upset or betrayed.
