CHAPTER 03

One week, me and Kaiser only have one week to finalize everything for the sportsfest. Well, aminin ko hindi madali ang maging planner and organizer ng mga big events. Productive ka nga, pero pampahirap lang sa buhay. Nadagdagan lang paghihirap ko.

"Hey! Did you eat lunch already?" Tanong ni Kai. "I haven't. I'm still busy checking and finalizing the sports fest. Magde-decorate pa pala mamaya." Pag-iisip ko pa sa kung ano pang gagawin ko. "Don't tire yourself too much, let the other staffs handle those, planner and organizer lang tayo, di naman decorator." Nginitian ako ni Kai at may nilapag siyang paper bag sa table.

"What's that?" Tanong ko. "It's your lunch. I bought you. Sabi kasi sa'kin ni Olivia na wala ka daw tinake na lunch or snacks. You should eat." Ma-awtoridad niyang sinabi. Napalunok ako sa mga titig niya kaya naman binuksan ko na yung paper bag at kinain yung binili niya. After minutes of eating, dumating si Ms. Clara.

"Mr. Aranda and Ms. Celestial. One weeks have left, and the sports fest will begin. I assume, the event will be marvelous. Make sure that everything is prepared, the big investors of the university will come. I'll let the other staffs handle everything, both of your work will end here. Thank you for your time and cooperation." Nginitian kami ni Ms. Clara bago umalis.

"Haaay! Buti naman, I'm mentally drained. And, I'm not gonna' do this thing again." Nginitian ko si Kaiser. I was about to ask him, when a girl came. She's beautiful, her blonde hair suits her very much. She's petite hanggang balikat lang siya ni Kaiser, but she is really beautiful. Then, she smiled at me, but, she smiled sweetly to Kaiser. At ngumiti din naman ang loko. Napataas ako ng kilay sa nakita ko. Kung hindi ka lang maganda, hmp!

"Oh by the way, Victoria this is Savannah and Savannah this is Victoria, my friend." He introduced me to the girl. My friend huh. Tss sino ba naman ako para magreklamo. "Hi" I greeted her. "Hi. Sorry to interrupt both of you, but, can i steal my boyfriend for a second. I missed him." I stopped breathing for a second, Kaiser have a girlfriend. Napatango na lang ako, at umalis na.

My smile vanished. He have a girlfriend. Well, I don't need to think about that, what I need to think about is the sports fest that'll happen ---- and here we are, jumping from the bed, kasi late na ko. I still have things to do, hindi pa nga ako nakain eh, huhu. After I took a bath, I immediately wear my black fitted cheerleading outfit. My outfit hugged my hourglass body, Oh, 'wag ka, ate mo naka hourglass body!

Drnive ko yung kotse ko papunta sa school, I'm late, at alam ko na ang mangyayari dahil pagkababa ko pa lang sa sasakyan ay nakita ko na si Ms. Clara inaabang ako sa gate.

"La, sorry na, nakalimutan ko mag-alarm eh" Nginitian ko s'ya. "Pumasok ka na do'n bilisan mo!" Tinakbo ko na ang room namin dahil feeling ko magsisimula na yung event. Pagkapasok ko pa lang, agad kong nakita si Kaiser. Nginitian ko siya, pero umiwas ako ng tingin. "Hoy! Babae ka! Late ka nanaman. Pag may events lagi ka na lang nala-late!" Suway kagad ni Gabriella. Hinubad ko na yung jacket ko. I saw Kaiser staring at my body. Hah! Ako lang 'to no!

I retouched my makeup and tied my hair into half up - half down hairstyle. Then, I saw Kaiser coming. Kay nagmadali na ka'gad akong umalis do'n, only to see, kaming dalawa na lang ni Kai ang nando'n. Kaya naman tumakbo na 'ko at lumabas. I saw Astrid. "Hey! Tara na!"

I didn't play volleyball. Nasa cheerleading na kasi ako, nakakatamad kapag madami kang ganap sa buhay. Hindi nga ako pumalo ng bola, hinagis naman ako sa ere. Tapos na ding maglaro ang ibang sports, last na ang basketball. Hinuli ko ang basketball sa planner, mas exciting kasi, madaming natili na pumipiyok, hehe.

I saw Kaiser coming out from the crowd, and then I saw Savannah cheering. He looked at me and wink. Alam kong nagkulay kamatis ang pisngi ko kaya umiwas na 'ko ng tingin. We cheered not until, the game heated. Una lamang ang Sherwood, pangalawa lamang yung kalaban, and for the third quarter, lamang ulit ang kalaban. One quarter left, and they'll announced the winner.

The game will start in 2 minutes, and Andreas called me. "Hey! Kaiser calls you. Lapit ka daw do'n." Nag-init ka'gad ang pisngi ko, ewan ko ba bat gano'n ang epekto sa'kin ni Kaiser. Kinakabahang lumapit ako sa kanya.

"T-tawag mo raw ako." Panimula ko. Nginitian niya 'ko. He leans his head to my shoulder. Nagulat ako sa ginawa niya kaya napatingin ako sa likod, kay Savannah, na nakataas ang isang kilay. Outer me is still shock, while inner me is celebrating. Inangat ko ang ulo niya at kinuha ang towel. I wiped his head full of sweats. "Go beat them. You can do it." With all my might, I kissed him on the cheeks. I saw him shocked, kaya tumakbo ako papunta sa bench.

"I bet the whole school saw that." Rana teased me. I just roll my eyes and focused on the game. Paunti ng paunti ng oras at lumalamang ang Sherwood, until . The connection of Kaiser, Andreas, Franco, and Cairo on the court is on fire. Cairo passed the ball to Franco, then Franco tried to shoot it but Kaiser dunked it. I screamed the whole school screamed, we screamed at happiness. We won! The Sherwood won!

Nasa baba lang ang bench ko kaya naman hirap kong makita si Kaiser. Then, someone pulled me, hinala niya ako papunta sa likod ng court. No one is there and everything was dark. Pinaharap niya 'ko. It's Kaiser. "What're you doing here. You should celebrate inside." He smiled at me and hugged me.

"Congratulations." Bulong ko. "She's not my girlfriend, she's not even my type." He told me. "What?" Naguguluhan kong tanong. "Savannah. She's not my type. She doesn't fit my desires and my dreams."

"Then, what's your type?" I mightily asked. "My type?" Pilyong ngiti niya.

"Well"

"I want a cheerleader. Law Student. Equestrian. Likes painting and reading. And the one who kisses me on the cheeks. What about you Victoria, what's your type?" I smirked on him.

"Hmm. What's my type. I want a Civil Engineering. Basketball player. Traveler, Likes swimming and painting. And the one who I kissed on the cheeks." I smirked at him.

He was about to kiss me when a voice interrupted us. "Excuse me." It's Ms. Clara. "Follow me to my office. Both of you." We walked the hallway, holding hands. And we entered the chairman's office.

"I just want to congrats the both of you. The sports fest was success. And, Congratulations to you Mr. Aranda." Nginiti sa'min ni Ms. Clara.

"It's our pleasure to plan and organize this event. But, it's tiring, so this will be my last one, hihi" I smiled at her. We talked some things and thanked Ms. Clara. We left the building after that, and get our things.

"Can I take you home?" He asked me. "Yeah. Sure" I smiled at him and he opened the door for me. His gentleman, hindi ko nga lang alam sa... Char!

I was about to put my seatbelt on, when he kissed me. Lip lock and with tongue. We kissed. We're both panting in the kiss we shared. He smiled at me.

"I'll take you home now, love."
