The scene begins with a look at two children who trained in the ruins of Kaer Morhen. A girl with ash-white hair was training on the wall while a boy with black hair and red eyes was fencing with his sword. After a while, someone grabbed the boy on the shoulder and he turned quickly, the boy saw his master Geralt of Rivia.
Geralt: Wrong, every pirouette is always followed by a perry. Garito, this is important to remember.
Garito: I know, this is what Vesemir constantly says.
Geralt: If you still forget it, don't train on your own, because that's how you will repeat your mistakes without learning.
Garito: I didn't even want to sneak out on my own as Vesemir fell asleep, but Ciri persuaded me.
Geralt then watched Ciri train and came to her.
Geralt: Wrong.
This caught Ciri by surprise and almost fell over the wall, but she managed to keep their balance.
Geralt: Now I see why you were so eager to practice. Strike!
Ciri started training her agility and accuracy again, but she tried to show off and hit the tarket wrong, which made her wooden sword fall out of her hand, but at the last moment she grabbed it with her leg. Gerat rubbed his face with his hand as he looked at it. Meanwhile, Garito stares in amazement.
Geralt: You're not in the circus. Pirouette!
The training continued for a while, and Geralt had to reprimand her avery mistake.
Geralt: Enough. Get down.
Ciri: With a flip?
Geralt: What do you think?
Ciri then flip off the wall in front of Geralt and Garito, and now it turned out that Ciri was blindfolded the whole time.
Geralt: All right, take off the blindfold.
Ciri took off her blindfold and revealed her green eyes. Geralt then looked at Ciri and Garito.
Geralt: You two have got work to do. Your reflexes are still slow.
Ciri: Maybe for a witcher.
Geralt: Think drowners or strigas will go easy on you because you haven't undergone the mutations?
Ciri nodded, and Garito seemed sorry.
Garito: No...
Geralt: Though in your shoes I'd fear Vesemir more than any striga. Disobeying his instructions... Unwise.
Ciri: Well, yes, but... that book was horribly dull!
Garito: Plus, we've known most of what we should have read.
Geralt: I know. And you know that's no excuse.
Ciri: Ugh. We're sorry. It won't happen again.
Geralt: Sorry's not good enough. You're gonna read "Ghouls and Algouls" in its entirety. Appendices included.
Ciri: No, please... I'd rather clean the stables!
Garito: And I'd rather to go back to the forest for a week with just a knife!
Geralt: End of discussion. Come on. We'll practice with the others down below.
Ciri: Shall we run the walls?
Geralt: Not this time. Believe me, you don't want to keep Vesemir waiting.
