My Review: This is a fluff novel.
The MC is the last human in existence. Thanks to the program coded in the intellectual race, he is adored and spoiled by the robot race that looked like humans on the outside. In a way, he is like Gary Stu loved by all robots for being a human.
There isn't much conflict to the MC (Aside from the side characters) other than being terminally ill which is healed when the robot race found him.
If you like a fluff plot like this, then you may try.
Oh, this is a soft Yaoi (Not between humans) between a human and an Andriod romance.
