Trent pulled the blanket over us as he got comfyin the corner of the sofa. Once again, I felt Trent kiss the top of my head. Icouldn't help but smile; he's so comforting, and he really has made me feel alot better about today. And that was what I was thinking about when I fellasleep.

I was awoken by Trent's alarm at half seven that morning; he'd set it to make sure he had enough time for me to drop him home so he could get ready for training. Apparently Trent and I hadn't moved all night, as I was still rested on his shoulder and Trent's arm was still around me.

"Morning." I said.

"Morning." Trent replied, turning his alarm off.

"I don't wanna be awake right now." I yawned.

"Honestly me neither. Early night tonight. And probably a nap later." Trent said. I smiled and nodded.

"Want breakfast before you go?" I asked.

"What you got?" Trent asked.

"What you want?" I retaliated.

"Toast? Cereal?" Trent suggested.

"I have both. I'm gonna have some cornflakes." I said.

"I'll have the same please." Trent decided.

"Sure." I said, and pulled myself off the sofa and to the kitchen and poured two bowls of cornflakes.

"I should so melt the rest of this chocolate and put it on my cornflakes." I realised, noticing the remains of the bar of chocolate on the table.

"This early?" Trent frowned.

"You're right I guess, maybe later." I said, sitting down and handing Trent his food.

"How are you feeling this morning?" Trent asked me. I sighed.

"A bit better." I answered. Trent smiled slightly.

"Good." He said.

"How long do you think it'll take me to move on?" I questioned.

"Honestly? Probably a while. It depends how you want to approach it." Trent answered.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Do you wanna move on quickly and find someone else? Or do you wanna stay single for a while whilst you get your head around it?" Trent explained.

"I don't know if I can get another boyfriend, even if I wanted to. I feel like I'd have to get to know the person first and be friends with them for ages before I could trust them. But obviously no man's gonna wanna wait for that." I said.

"If they really like you they'll appreciate that you need time to trust them coz of the experience you've had. I know if it was me I'd understand." Trent pointed out.

"I don't know if I can go through something like this again." I said.

"Hopefully you don't have to." Trent said, taking my hand in his. I smiled up at him.

"I need someone like you." I said, but regretted it instantly. "Sorry." I quickly apologised.

"What are you apologising for? Sounds like a compliment to me." Trent teased.

"Quite a creepy one though!" I pointed out.

"Nah." Trent reassured me. "I know what you mean; someone you've known for a long time who's incredibly handsome." Trent joked. I playfully rolled me eyes.
