Karl awoke to being softly shook. He yawned, stretching. "Mmmm... who is..it?" He mumbled, slowly opening his eyes. "Just me. We should go back to school." Sapnap smiled softly. "Oh...do we have to?" Karl yawned. "Yes, we do Karl, c'mon get up." He dragged Karl off the couch. "Mmmm..." He mumbled, standing up. "I put some cinnamon buns in a bag for you, we can eat at school." Sapnap pulled Karl over to the door. Sap unlocked the door, stepping out while putting on his jacket. Karl followed him, yawning. They got to the car and both hopped in. Sapnap put the key in the ignition and pulled out, headed to school again.

Sapnap parked his car in the school parking lot. He climbed out and grabbed his bag from the back. Karl did the same. "Time to learn...yay..." Karl mumbled sarcastically, walking with Sapnap to the entrance of the school. They both got their late passes and headed to their classes, Karl hugging Sapnap before he left. Sapnap ran to his classroom and to his seat. He sat beside Eret. "Dude. I need you to help me." He whispered, leaning over. "What do you need help with?" Eret whispered back. "Just... just meet me in the bathroom okay?" Sap replied. Sapnap raised his hand. "Can I go to the bathroom, I have something in my eye." Sapnap lied. "Yes, you can." The teacher replied. "I'll help him!" Eret exclaimed, getting up and following after Sapnap. "So what's this about?" Eret questioned, they were walking to the bathroom. "It's about Karl. I'll explain more in the bathroom. Eret nodded and they continued walking in silence. Sapnap pushed open the door to the bathroom, let Eret walk in, then closed and locked it. He let out a huge deep breath. Sapnap jumped onto the counter and put his head in his hands. "What's up dude, you seem more anxious than you do when your high." Eret asked, looking at Sapnap. "I've started to feel different around Karl. I feel... tingly, and more happy than usual." He sighed, he was closed to crying, this was stressing him. "Seems like your in love with him dude." Eret looked worried, he knew how Sapnap's family was with queer people. "I can't be! I can't..." He sobbed. "Hey, it's okay. I went through the same thing you did." Eret put his hand on Sapnap's shoulder. "I love him don't I. Why me, oh lord why me!" Sapnap sobbed. "Hey.." Eret jumped up on the counter beside him, she wrapped her arm around Sap. Sapnap cried into their shoulder. "It'll be okay." She comforted him. "What am I supposed to do! I can't tell him! He'd hate me, I don't want him to hate me." He wiped his tears. "Give it time buddy, me and the group will be here to support you." Eret smiled. Sapnap gave a small smile. They heard someone knock on the door. "Are you two done yet?" A voice spoke up. "Almost ma'am!" Eret exclaimed. It was just their teacher. They heard heels walk away. "Okay, you're coming over later. We're discussing this over some drinks." Eret said sternly, pulling theirself and Sapnap off the counter. "You know I c-" "Who's gonna stop you? I know you dude. Wine helps you. Your parents won't be home til next week, and you can crash at my place." Eret stopped him. Sapnap nodded and the two exited the bathroom. Sapnap softly sniffled as they walked back to class.

BREAK TIMMMEEE!

Sapnap and Eret walked out of class. "You stay here, i'll get the others, no Karl." She said, turning and walking down the hallway. Sapnap sighed, leaning against the wall. "Helloo!" A voice spoke up beside him. "Oh! Karl...hey.." He sniffled. "Woah woah.. have you been crying?" Karl grabbed his face. "No... I-" "What happened Sapnap. Don't lie to me." Karl said sternly. Sapnap had a tear fall down his face. "Oh..hey.. sorry I didn't mean to upset you." He let go of Sapnap's face. He wrapped his arms around Sapnap. Sapnap held him in his embrace. The two heard boots come down the hallway. "Oh! Hey Eret! Hey guys!" Karl smiled and waved, grabbing Sapnap's hand with his free one. Sapnap blushed and wiped his tear. "Hey Karl, how about you go get lunch with Tubbo, we need to talk to Sapnap." Eret smiled softly. "Oh, sure!" Karl replied. Sapnap tightened his grip on Karl's hand before he let go. Karl and Tubbo ran off to go get lunch. "C'mon, bathroom?" Eret said softly, Sapnap nodding in response. The 4 of them set off to the bathroom Sap and Eret were in before.

After Eret explained what happened before, and a few sobs from Sapnap, the group was sort of in shock. "So, your telling me you pretty much have internalized homophobia?" Wilbur asked. "Techically yeah." Sapnap sighed, he was calmer. "Dude... I feel so bad for you!" Ranboo exclaimed. "It's fine, happens." Sapnap sighed. "I think I'm just gonna go home. Eret, can you come?" Sapnap looked over at them. "Of course. See you two at my house later." She smiled, her and Sapnap walking out of the bathroom together, and leaving.

Sapnap's house :00

Sapnap fell onto his couch, Eret sitting beside him. The thought of Karl's hand laying on Sapnap's thigh came back to him. His face turned red and he sat up. "Something wrong?" Eret looked confused. "No.. I just... thought of him.." He covered his mouth. He laid back down, it felt like he could feel Karl embracing him. He softly smiled, the thought of him. His laugh, his smile, his touch. How could he not have fallen in love with him? "My parent's can't find out about this, Eret, give me your flask." Sapnap sighed. Eret pulled out a metal flask and handed it to Sapnap. Sapnap started drinking it, wincing at the burning in his throat. He didn't want this, god if he had just not ever met Karl. "I hate him." Sapnap hissed after a few more drinks. "What?" Eret looked shocked. "I hate Karl, this is his fault. I should have never been his friend." He grumbled. "Sapnap..." Eret placed his hand on Sapnap's. "If you never met him, you would never have met us, you might not even be here, you said it yourself." Eret scooted closer to him. "I know, I wish I wasn't here. Might just end it." Sapnap smiled. "Hey. Don't think that way. We love you dude, we care about you." Eret grabbed his hand. "We all had bad lives, we still do, we wouldn't have lived through them without each other." She felt tears growing in her eyes. "I'm sorry.. I didn't think." Sapnap sobbed, sitting up and hugging Eret. The two hugged and tried to take their mind of this.
