Chapter 14

~Adrien's POV~

Marinette...
I'm i seeing things? Am I imagining things?
This can't be Marinette...it just can't...

I looked at her once again seeing Marinette, i blinked and Marinette was still there, i rubbed my eyes and still Marinette was in Ladybugs place.

"Stop staring Adrien! We need to go!" Tikki yelled at me. I quickly snapped out of it.

I looked at Ladybug one more time seeing that she truly is Marinette. At this point i could feel tears in my eyes.

" Sorry Tikki, let's go" i said getting up and started running to the hospital. I should have detransformed a long time ago but it seems like Plagg it's willing to stay into the miraculous a few more minutes.

Just as i jumped down into an alley i detransformed and Plagg fell to the ground exhausted.

" Thank you Plagg" i said scooping him up and put him into my pocket.

" No problem kid...just make sure that pigtails it's going to get well soon" he said as he started to eat a piece of camembert.

" Ok Tikki go into my pocket as well we need to enter the hospital, we can't lose any time" i said and she got into my pocket as well, eating a macaroon.

I looked at Marinette one more time. She's barely breathing...she just lies lifeless in my arms...and it brakes my heart.

I kisses her forehead softly before started running to the hospital again, i was lucky that i detransformed really close to the hospital.

She was so light...i can carry her in one arm without a problem...i saw that she lost a few pounds but i never imagined that she could be this skinny...

I entered the hospital yelling for help, i looked like a crazy person but i don't care all i care right now it's for my Marinette to get well and to live.

" What is the problem kid?" A male nurse came running to me.

" Please help her! Please!" I screamed giving Marinette to him.

" What happened?" He asked confused and calm. How can he keep his calm in this situation?!

" She has cancer...and she just fainted... please do something i beg you! I can't lose her" i said as another nurse took Marinette from me.

" We will try to do our best" he said and started walking away.

" Wait! Where are you taking her" i yelled running after the male nurse, i don't want to leave Marinette's side. She's probably scared and in a lot of pain i need to be there, besides her, holding her hand.

" We need to take care of her, you can wait in the waiting room when i know what's wrong with her I'll come immediately to tell you any news" he said putting his hand on my shoulder.

I nodded slowly watching them take Marinette to a room. I sat down on a chair putting my hands on my face, struggling not to cry.

I started praying that she'll get well soon. I have a lot of mixed emotions... Ladybug it's Marinette... Marinette has cancer...she can die any moment... Marinette still hates me, at least i think that the still hates me i never got the chance to say sorry...

I hope she'll get better soon so i can say sorry and hopefully we'll get together, i will pay for the hospital bill. I'll talk with her parents-...

HER PARENTS!! I need to call them and tell them that their daughter is in the hospital.
How am i even going to tell them that...

"It's going to be ok Adrien"
" Yeah kid everything is going to be ok" the kwamiis said trying to comfort me.

I took a deep breath and got my phone out. I called Marinette's mother she is a little more calm and gentile then her father.
