"REBELS! Up and at 'em!!" I heard Andy announce and I sprang up. I realized I didn't have pants on so I slid something on quickly. Today was the day! I was going to train after the teen REBELS were done. I would train with the leaders since I'm a lot older than the teens here. Most of them anyway.

"Morning." I greeted Deviant and he waved with a 'hello'. "Morning, goergous." Andy whispered and kissed my cheek. "Morning." I yawned and looked up at the sun. It had to be only 6:00 AM. I didn't mind, though. "You know the drill, REBELS!" Destroyer yelled munching on an apple. I saw a little boy looking scared. "Okay so you'll-" I cut Jake off by walking to the young boy.

"Hey sweet heart. What's your name?" I asked kneeling in front of him. He sniffled and looked up from his tight ball. "Charlie." He said quietly with tears still streaming down his little face. "Are you scared, Charlie?" I asked and he nodded. "Well, why is that?" I inquired sitting on my bottom, my legs crossed Indian style. "My mom was killed I saw it. My dad would hit me. The Mystic found me outside late after a beating." He said quietly and I looked at Jinxx to see them watching us as the kids trained. "You don't have anything to be scared of here, Charlie. The Mystic, Mourner, Destroyer, Deviant and Prophet want to protect you. That's all. I promise." I said and he hugged me.

"What's your name?" He asked letting go of me. "I'm Mya. How old are you?" I asked and he smiled. "I'm 9. Where do I go? I just got here last night." He said confused. "With The Mystic and Mourner." I heard a deep voice behind me. "Thank you!" He exclaimed and ran to the two. I stood up, my legs cracking from my previous position and turned around to Andy. "You did good, rookie." He ruffled my hair and I chuckled as we walked back.

"Matthew. You gotta get that upper hand." Deviant instructed and hopped over the fence. "You need to make sure you can dodge a hit. Wether it be one of their weapons or a regular punch, you can block it." He said and Andy hopped the fence. "But won't it hurt when it hits my arm?" He asked and Andy shrugged his shoulders. "Trust me, it hurts more when they get the upper hand and break your ribs." He winced at what seemed to be a memory. "Oh.." He trailed off.

"You're free to go REBELS!" All five of them announced and my heart pumped remembering I was training today. "Okay so let's go." Andy sped through his sentence trying to get me to forget training. "Oh hell no. You promised." I pointed a stern finger at him. "You seduced me!" He defended and the guys snickered. "You still promised." I said putting my hands in my hips. "Whatever." He grumbled walking to the fence. "Mystic is the easiest to go against so he'll be first." Mourner said and we all nodded, Andy growling under his breath. I rolled my eyes and stepped onto the fence. "I don't need your help." I snapped at Andy as he tried to help me over the fence.

I was so pissed at him for acting the way he was. A fight could happen at any time and I need to know what to do. "Whatever. Love you too!" He said with sarcasm and Jinxx and I stood in front of each other while Deviant stood between us facing me. "How much do you know?" He asked and I bit my lip. "Quite a bit but I've got a weak spot because of my left eye." I said and he nodded moving out of the way. "Go!" Destroyer yelled and Mystic took a swing at me but I dodged it swiftly, grabbing his arm but he spun me around into a standing head lock.

I saw Andy tense and I elbowed him in the gut making him groan and let go. "Keep going! Don't hold back!" Mourner yelled as Andy was as white as a ghost. Jinxx regained his focus and we went on it head on. I need up putting him on his back, his hands pressed to his back and the ground while my knee was to his chest. We fought for about fourty minutes total while some teens watched. "Mercy!" He exclaimed and I let go. They were all eyeing the two of us and Destroyer hopped the fence. "You've gotta be aware of everything. When he got you in a head lock it was because you weren't paying attention to his body language. By a person's body language, you can see their next move." I launched at him and he moved just as my feet left the ground. I groaned and he chuckled. "See what it mean?" He asked and I nodded as he helped me up.
