Over the past couple of years I have really questioned my life and whether it was worth living. Not in the suicidal way, but in the way I develop. You see, people assume that the only way to stop living is to be dead and while that is literally true, when we die our minds do not. When we die, our bodies physically deteriorate, while our minds continually flourish through the impact it has left on others. For if the mind just died along with the body, the world would have never evolved.
Nature itself did not create science, it just produced the circumstances for it to advance. By doing that, science grabbed the upper-hand and now, science is not only working to replace nature, it is also another agent that is aiding in the evolution of man.
Back to my original statement, I have chosen that I want to make history, not just view it. When I die, I want my memories, my reflections, and my thoughts to forever be etched into the world's brain. I am not a narcissist, it is just that I am sick of following the books, I want to be the one to write them. That way, people can actually see that there is a way to be the change that you want to see. All of these things are easier said than done, but when you live a life like mine you see how precious time and life really are. It is hard for you to sit still and watch things happen when you see where the world is going.
