Last Piece of Regret

-Shore of Elphegort/a year later-

Walking back to the shore i look at the intense sunrise of the day, the day i realized that i lost what i needed the most

I remember a legend from long ago about this sea of tears

'Write your wish on paper and fold the paper in half, as it goes in a bottle, the bottle is to be given to the sea, and someday you will see your wish will bloom like a rose'

I could still remember the steps given to me by my brother

As i held the bottle in my hands i prayed to the sea as once again tears falls from my eyes with all my might i threw the bottle at the sea as i fall down on the water

I feel a pat on my shoulders as i see Clarith a girl with white hair and a gentle face who reminded me of the girl len loved

-Night time-

I'm sleepy but i can't sleep at all so i look out the rainy night sky as i recall the times len was always there for me...

"You were always there for me, no matter how selfish my pleas, you've given me your all but i didn't see, i was spoilt, never glad, never happy with what i had, i wonder if you ever gotten mad?" Without me noticing i sang and cried as i thought of meeting len again

"Len... Please.. Talk to me..." I whisper under my breath as i wish for a response from someone long gone

I took a pair of boots and an umbrella then went out the rainy night going back to the seashore

"Len!!" I shout out every fiber of my anger as i feel the umbrella flying away

"You said you would stay with me forever!! So... Where are you?" I felt the tears of the sky fall on my as my own tears comes out

"Why do we realize our own sins, when everything has come to an end.." I question the sea once more with something that can't be answered

Looking down i see my own reflection when out of nowhere i felt a tight hug cover me

"Somehow in our next life, let us both meet again, and play together once more, and be the best of friends.." I hear len's voice whisper to me when i turn to face him he floats away from me just when i was about to touch him

"My regret.. Is that i can't thank you enough for everything that you have done for me" i say to the sea hoping this message would reach len someday

I was always alone... Always crying.. Always wishing for a friend

"I wish i have a friend!" I cried to the tree in the center of the forest, one day i found what i wished for

A girl with the most beautiful green hair was sleeping in the forest all alone

"Hey wanna be friends?" She wakes up looking at me when she said it.. I cried as i hugged

"Why would someone like you want to be friends with me?" I asked her which she just looked up thinking

"Well.. Because you are the most beautiful girl i have ever seen!" She smiles so bright that you can see stars in her eyes

Now i'm here in a church near the sea in the shores of Elphegort, with people of different kinds

"I was the princess of lucifenia, a sinner, a killer, a murderer.. I had done bad and wished to kill a girl with green hair.. In the end everything i loved was lost.." I heard a girl with yellow hair in the confession booth

-later-

Again tonight the 'princess' gone out to the shore in the middle of the night.. I ready a knife as i follow her there

Looking at her she falls on her knees in the waves as she cries tears of regret..

I look at her i see myself, with the knife close to her back i let it go.. Hugging her i cried.. But as i did i let go and hid behind a rock...

"I'm sorry michaela... I can't do it.." I whisper to myself as i cried more
