"Mom, Dad where are you?" I heard a kid's voice cracking not far from where I was standing.
Then I saw my 7 year old self talking to this kid, helping him out.
My head started to ache, and my vision became blurry. I felt someone tickle my forehead. Hinawakan ko ang noo ko and before I knew it, I woke up na punong puno ng toothpaste ang mukha ko with a person's laughter echoing throughout the place.
"What the hell" I said as I tried to wipe out the toothpaste from my face. "Bakit mo- who in the world are you supposed to be!?" I shouted and glared at the person currently entertained by my sudden outburst.
He just kept on laughing and even lying on the grass with his right hand in his stomach and the other one pointing at me.
"Ang sakit na ng tiyan ko- Tignan mo yang mukha mo Beverly" he said between laughs. "Priceless I tell ya"
Paano niya nalaman pangalan ko? I don't even know this guy at wow wala na ba talagang magawa ang mga tao sa panahon ngayon? And how did he even get here? I was the only one who knew about this place.
"How did-" I said but he cutted me off.
"ID" he said while pointing at me "naglalakad ako dito sa park ng bigla akong nakapunta dito and then I saw you sleeping under that tree, kinuhanan pa nga kita ng picture mong nag lalaway" he laughed again "That's when I noticed that you had your ID on and knew your name. Gagawin kong wallpaper yung picture mo sa phone ko ah?hahahha" He said. Is this guy some kind of mind reader? God, I forgot to remove my ID, Tas do I really do that? Nag lalaway ako? nakakahiya.
Uminit nanaman ang boung katawan ko, nag sasama sama na ang lahat ng emotions na nararamdaman ko, galit at kahihiyan.
"Are you on drugs? Look at me!" I said as I went closer to him, pinipigilan ko ang sarili kong patayin ang taong nasa harapan ko, I am part of the Clarke and for that I must protect our image. "Who in the right mind would prank someone he just saw under a tree sleeping? You creep!" I said and stopped when I was in front of him.
He smirked "Darling, I ain't no creep. I'm too handsome to be one" he said as he cupped my face and wiped some toothpaste off my cheek, I shoved his hands away.
"Your ego is bigger than your brain, you creep." I said, wow this guy is so unbelievable. Ang kapal ng mukha! Ano ba kasi ginawa ko at ang malas ng araw ko ngayon. "Hand me your phone."
"Beverly, my name is Andrew, hindi creep okay? Gusto mo lang palang malaman pangalan ko eh, tinanung mo na lang sana, pa simple ka pa diyan. I'll happily tell you what it is if you asked." He said and even winked at me.
"Ang kapal di naman kagwapuhan." I murmured to myself avoiding eye contact.
"May sinasabi ka Beverly?" Tinanung niya.
"Oo meron, don't call me by my name because we aren't close and for the love of God hand me your phone." I said while glaring at him. FC lang ya.
"Ayaw ko nga, mamaya idelete mo pa itong picture mo. This is gold!"
"Idedemanda kita!" I shouted at him out of frustration.
"Sige ba, ipopost ko ito lah" ang sarap sapakin ng demonyong ito, is he satan in disguised?
What the hell am I even doing here, wasting my time on this freak. Inhale exhale Alexa pabayaan mo na lang itong lalake na ito. May mga mas importanteng ka pang bagay na dapat asikasuhin tulad nung panaginip mo kanina.
Yah, to think about it, I've been having the same dreams everytime I come here.
Sa totoo nga lang, kaya ko lang naman natagpuan itong lugar na ito eh kasi nung 13 years old pa lang ako. Me and my friends were playing games, tas hide and seek yung napagtripan. Dito kami sa park nag laro then takbo ako ng takbo nung time na yun hanggang sa nakapunta ako dito. Ang park kasi dito samin, napapalibutan ng trees. Di ko alam na sa ka loob looban ng mga trees na ito eh may isang napakagandang lugar.
That's when I decided to make it my haven, my relaxing spot.
"Earth to Alexa Beverly Clarke, yohoo." The freak suddenly said interrupting my thoughts. Oh I forgot, may pangalan nga pala siya, Adrian ba? Wait Andrei ata.
"I have no time for your shenanigans Mr. Andrei."
"It's Andrew." Sabi niya na naka poker face. Ang pangit na nga mas pumangit pa.
"I don't care, leave me alone for tho I have more important matters to do. Sinasayang mo oras ko."
"At ano naman gagawin mo? Matutulog ulit? Mag lalaway? Aba Ms. Ma dehydrate ka niyan ang payat mo na nga." He said while staring at my body.
"Manyakis!" Sigas ko sa kaniya while covering myself. Pinaparemind niya yung kaway scene eh di naman ako ganun sa pag kakaalam ko eh. He must be playing around with me.
I was about to kick his ass, at ipakita kung anong kayang gawin ng isang Clarke ng biglang sumakit ulit ulo ko.
Ganito nanaman.
My vision became blurry, and before I knew it.
"Beverly!" Was the last thing I heard before collapsing into the freak's arms.
