Y/n pov

"Jea-ha, y/n" I heard someone say softly. I turn and looked over the edge of the cliff to see yona hanging onto some roots. "Yona!" I yelled out surprised.

"Yona! Are you okay?! I'll help you now!" He yelled, ready to jump down and grave her. "No!" Yona yelled. What did this girl just say! She is gonna die!

"If I get help now... The promise I made to captain gi-gan will be..." She said. "Yona! Don't be stupid! Your safety is more important right now! We can figure out another way to earn her trust!" I yelled out at her.

Another wave was coming towards us so jea-ha jumps down to save yona. He then grabbed me and ran into the cave.

Once we were in side I smacked yona on her head then hug her." Your so stupid!" I yelled at her. I felt the tears in my eyes slowly rolling down my face. She hugs back and apologized.

"You're seriously one hell of a girl. You've been making me really nervous up until now." Jea-ha said.

Once I let go of yona, she looked down at her lap. "I...was help after all.." she said sadly.

Jea-ha stood up and combed his hair up with one of his hands. "I don't want you to get the wrong idea. It's a general principal of mine to treat women with the utmost care." He said.

Yona looked dup and smiled at him." Thank you"

"Keep this a secret to captain gi-gan" jea-ha said with a finger on his lips. Yona was gonna protest but jea-ha beat her to it. "That senjusou is something you retrieve using your own strength and you protected it. Therfore, you kept the promise you made with captain. What I did just now was a bonus. You don't need to tell the captain." He said.

"I still haven't completely fulfilled it. I need to take this and return from where everyone else is." Yona said, more determined to finish the quest she was given.

"Yeah, so are you guys gonna continue talking or are we gonna get out of this place? I don't want another wave to hit us on the way back up." I said, wanting to lay in a nice, soft bed already.

Yona just giggled and nod her head. We then made our way back up.

Time skip

We finally made it back yup just to get tackled to the ground by a motherly pretty boy.

"Yona! Y/n! You guys could have gotten hurt or worse, died!" He yelled. He then hit us on the head with his hand.

"Ow! Aren't you supposed to be happy we made it out alive, not like us?" I told him while rubbing my head. Man dose this kid know how to hit.

We finally got up front he ground to be standing in front of the captain. "Where is the senjusou?" She asked. I simply took my little bag off of my hip and handed it to her. "Right here" yona said while also handing her bag to the Captain.

"Indeed it is. Then did you keep your promise?" She asked us. Before I can day anything, yona spoke up. "No"

I looked at her then at the captain."I did" I said while raising my hand. Yona looked at me for a sec but then returned her gaze to the captain.

"I received help from jea-ha" she said.

"Yona!" Jea-ha shouted. Surprised yona did the opposite of what he told her to do.

Yona just continued. "A big wave came and almost threw me out to sea... Jea-ha rescued me. I wasn't able to use my own strength." She looked down a little, disappointed she didn't succeed in her quest.

"Dose that mean you're giving up?" Gi-gan asked her.

Yona looked up with determined set in her eyes. "No. I'll go get it again by myself!" She said. Gi-gan was at lost of words, shocked at the red haired girl.

"Hahaha!! If jea-ha had stood by and let a girl who had fallen in the sea die. I would have thrown him into the sea myself."she said. She then walked closer to the both of us.

"You both have red eyes. Y'all must have cried a great deal didn't you?" She asked. My face started to heat up in embarrassment. "Salt water just got in my eyes! Yona was the one who was crying." I said, trying to cover the fact I was crying when we were down there, a lot.

Yona turned her head so fast I thought it was gonna fall off. "What! No it was you!" She yelled back.

I shook my head no. "Stop lying it was you. I don't know why you have to lie about it yona. It's okay to cry." I told her.

"Hsifhfidj, it was yo though! You're the one lying about it!" She yelled, pointing at me.

"You both have guys. People like you never abandon their comrades even when they're in the face of danger. I don't dislike idiots like that. Get on the boat." Gi-gan said.

"Yay!!!" I yelled while throwing my hand up in the air. I always wanted to be a pirate! This is gonna be so much fun!

Pirates suddenly started to surround me and yona, asking multiple questions or giving us compliments. "You did well, yona, y/n" "you did your best! And you did great!" "How old are you, y/n?" "Such cute girls!"

Yona then dropped to her knees."I can't stand" she said shyly. I giggled at her. Poor yona, so scared she can't even stand anymore.

Kija then came up to us. "Then I shall carry you back!" He said as he picked her up swiftly, taking her to the boat.

"Good job kija" I told him I'm a whisper while giving him a thumbs up.

3rd pov

The blacked hair male stares at y/n as she messes around. Laughing and smiling with everyone else. He looks at her with soft eyes and a small smile on his face.
