Eight years later
I lived an interesting life in those eight years, that's for sure. But never once did I stop loving Nova. Now, as I'm going to this forest, I certainly hope she will be there as well. I walked all the way to the heart of the forest. I saw Nova standing in the center of it. She smiled at me. In her hands, she held a copy of her book, New Eden, with me listed as a developer. I smiled back.
And we finally kissed. When we broke apart, I said,
"Nova, that abandoned girl in New Eden, that was you right?"
"Yes. It was always me."
"Nova, you will never be abandoned again. Let us create a New Eden, a new home together for us to be eternally happy."
She smiled.
"Of course, Eden," and then,
"Thank you."
