Chapter 7: Going To Arizona

(Present Day)

Y/N's POV

Anatoly, Wanda and I are now hiding in an abandoned bar after escaping from fbi headquarters.

Wanda: What do we do?

I think for a minute.

Wanda: Y/N, what are we gonna do? Y/N!

Y/N: Just give me a minute!

I then look back at Anatoly and remember how he said it was Ra's Al Ghul who paid him.

I then sigh.

Y/N: Anatoly.

He looks at me.

Y/N: Ra's Al Ghul. Are you sure it was him?

Anatoly: Yes, I'm positive.

Wanda: Who's Ra's Al Ghul?

Y/N: He's runs the league of assassins. He didn't exactly train me but he did help me.

Wanda: Help you with what?

Y/N: Not care who lives or dies.

Wanda: So, he's the one who framed you?

Y/N: But it doesn't make sense. He can't be.

Wanda: Why not? He could be, I say we find him.

Y/N: We can't...

Wanda: Why?

Y/N: Because I killed him!

Wanda: What?

Y/N: He's dead. He can't be alive. It's not possible. I made sure of it.

Wanda: Y/N, you were presumed dead for six years. You turned out to be alive. Can't this Ra's Al Ghul also be alive? I mean we live in a world with aliens.

I look at Wanda and again and I know she's right. There's a possibility he's alive.

Y/N: Anatoly, you said Connor. Are you talking about my son Connor?

Anatoly: All I know is the name Connor.

Y/N: All right, I'm gonna assume it's my son Connor.

Wanda: So, What are you gonna do?

Y/N: I'm gonna go get him.

Wanda: And do what?

Y/N: I'll figure it out when I get there.

I then walk over to Anatoly.

Y/N: Thank you, my friend.

Anatoly: If you need anything don't hesitate to call.

I nod and then walk to the door but then a shelf  comes down and blocks the door.

I look back at Wanda.

Y/N: What are you doing?

Wanda: I'm going with you.

Y/N: No your not.

Wanda: Oh yeah I am. Now we can either stand here and argue about it or we can find a car and get going.

Then Wanda uses her magic to life the shelf and the she walks out.

Y/N: I guess she's going.

Then I go outside and Wanda and I find a car.

(One Hour Later)

Wanda and I are now at a small store on our way to Arizona and we are getting some supplies.

I am walking around with my hood up so no one can know it's me.

Wanda: What exactly is the plan if he's alive?

Y/N: Simple. I can kill him.

Wanda: You said you killed him. How?

Then I think back to Nanda Parbat.

So, I am outside looking around and I had to admit, Nanda Parbat was cool.

I loved all the mountains and rocks.

I then turn around and see Nyssa running towards me.

Y/N: Hey. What's wrong?

Nyssa: You need to go.

Y/N: What do you mean?

She grabs my arm and starts walking.

Y/N: Nyssa, what's going on?

Nyssa: It's my father...he's been using you.

Y/N: I don't...Nyssa stop.

I stop.

Y/N: Just tell me what's wrong?

Nyssa: Y/N, he wants to make you the next Ra's Al Ghul.

I was confused by this.

Y/N: What do you mean? I don't understand.

Nyssa: He wants to use to burn down New York and then make you Ra's Al Ghul.

Y/N: That's not possible.

Nyssa: You have to trust me.

Y/N: I do trust you.

Nyssa: Then come on.

I nod and we start walking.

(Present Day)

The sound of Wanda's voice brings me to reality.

Y/N: Sorry, what?

Wanda: Did you hear what I said?

Y/N: No.

Wanda: I said that we should get enough supplies for the night.

Y/N: Agreed.

Then Wanda and I get our supplies and we go up to the counter.

As Wanda is paying I see on the tv on the wall my picture.

Y/N: Uh...thanks. We should get going.

Then I slightly push Wanda.

Wanda: What's going on?

Y/N: Tv. Picture. Don't look back, just keep moving.

Then Wanda and I walk outside and I look back in the store and see the cashier looking at the tv with the phone in his hand.

Y/N: All right. Time to go.

Wanda: Agreed.

Then Wanda and I get in the car and continue our drive to Arizona.
