It was late in the night and rain began too pour down the windows. I couldn't sleep well because of the sound of rain splashing across the window. But then I heard whimpering from the other side of the room.
When the thunder started I hear crying and louder whimpering, I got concerned and got up.
"Razor?"
He was curled into a ball covering his ears and tears running from his eyes.
I climbed up and placed my hands over his. I wrapped a blanket around me and him as I hugged him tightly. The crying and whimpering softened. His body was warm but his hands were cold. I wanted to stay like this even when the storm was over. I fell asleep minutes after.
