The trip took forever but we are finally here. Oliver slept most of the way thankfully but when ever he wasn't asleep he was wailing uncontrollably. Babies are not good road trip companions.

"Bane!" The king comes out to greet me.

"Alpha Alic! Good to see you." I give him a hug.

"Yes, yes now where's the mate?" He asks and I chuckle.

"Hannah!" I call her over and she is by my side quickly with Oliver in her arms. "Meet the king." I say and she bows.

"Your magisty." She says and I chuckle at the king's eye roll. He smack my head.

"I prefer friends to use my name. I'm Alpha Alic." The king says and Hannah looks at him with a smile. "It's good to meet you Hannah... and this must be Oliver. May I?" Hannah nods and he takes the pup.

"Hi Oliver. You gonna be a big strong warrior? A little Alpha? Think you can take your Dad down? I think you could. He keeps making people call me your magisty and I might thump him one for you. Yes I will. You think that's funny, pup? Wanna help me? Let me see a fist... pow! Nice hit!" I chuckle as the king goes ga ga over my son. He keps using Ollie's fist to hit his face making Pow noises.

"Alic!" I hear someone yell before seeing Beta Malak run up. "Ash is starting training for the new recruits and wants you to come. Apparently they don't like him much. He could use your support to speed things up. We don't have time for him to fight all these men to prove himself again."

The king nods before handing Oliver back to Hannah.

"I know you just got here but it would be easier to start your men with this wave. If your men are ready." The king says and I look over at my men seeing many of them nod.

"We're ready, Alpha King." I say and he nods walking off with his Beta as my men and I follow.

Seeing the guy that beat me senseless a few months ago be a well composed Gamma and training my men was interesting. No wonder he beat me the guy is tough. His training is already improving my men. I think we can win this war when ever the hunters decide to bring it.

"Hello." I answer my phone.

"Yea, Bane... did you decide to bring your sister with you?" My aunt asks.

"No, she is meant to be staying with you... where is she!?" I growl.

"We haven't seen her since you left." She responds.

"That was three days ago!" I yell. How could she not tell me sooner?

"Sorry Alpha, she has a habit of running off for a day. We just figured she was upset about you leaving but we've searched all the pack lands and can't find her!" She says and I run to the King's office.

"Sir I have to take half of my men to search for my sister. She is missing and I'm guessing she tried to follow us. I need to find her." I tell him and he nods.

"I'll send a few of mine as guides. They know this land. Don't worry we will find her." He tells me and we begin gathering our people.

We make it to the boarder when some of the King's men stop us.

"The King wants you to come back." One of the man tells me and I growl.

"I need to find my sister!"

"That's just it, sir. They've found her so if you'll..." he didn't get the chance to finish as I take off back to the main house.

"Where is she?" I yell in panic as soon as I am in the office.

"Hi bubby." The little girl waves as she sits in the chair opposite the king next to Beta Malak. I take a breath. She is okay.

"You little..." I growl pulling her out of the chair to hug her. "Why would you do that?! I was so worried!"

"I didn't want you to send me home so I waited until we got here. I was gonna tell you yesterday when we arrived but you were busy." She tells me and I growl again.

"So you traveled with us. How did you go unnoticed?" I ask and she just uuummms not wanting to respond. Taking in her scent gives me my answer though.

"PAXTON!" I roar.

"Bane, chill. He knew I just wanted to be with my family and if you would have sent me back I would have tried again on my own. He was protecting me." Libby says.

"He should have been reporting to his Alpha." I respond.

"He was being a good friend to me and a good helper to you. He knew how you would respond and made the call that would keep me safe." She explains.

"Fine then he can be the one to take you home and miss out on training because you aren't staying here. I can't keep an eye on you and train with the men. No. You are going home." I tell her.

"Bane, if I may?" The king interrupts. "Malak here has a heard of pups the youngest few are near Libby's age. He and my sister could take her in while you are here. Once you are over 4 pups what's one more? They can handle her and no one needs to leave."

I look at Libby's pleading eyes. Something tells me they already had this planned.

"You sure you can take her on, Beta?" I ask just to make certain he agrees.

"Sure thing. She can train with my boys. They have been begging me to let them train. I think having a girl beat them down will help with the cocky attitude I've been getting. You'd be doing me a favor." I'm not even gonna ask how he knows she can fight.

"Fine, you can stay." I agree and she cheers causing both of the other men in the room to laugh.

Please don't let her get hurt.
