14. Tables Are Turned

Roxy POV

As we waited for Liv to come back to the locker room with a laptop I paced the room nervously with Damian watching my every move. In a matter of minutes I was going to see exactly what Eva had shown Stephanie.

"Ok I got it" Liv says entering the room "time to see what Stephanie saw"

I watch as she turns the laptop on and inserts the memory stick, after a few clicks I watch as her face falls completely.

"This is not happening" she says "there's nothing on it, it's empty"

"What?" Damian says walking over "damn it she must have figured out what we were trying to do, baby I'm so sorry"

"It's fine, we may not be able to get her out of this tag match but we still have time to stop the title shot" I say walking over to him "we are going to go out there tonight, you are going to have a great match and everything is going to be fine"

"But it's not fine, you should be my partner tonight" he says

"I know but there is nothing we can do right now" I say cupping his cheek "it's going to be fine, I love you"

"I love you too" he says pulling me into a hug "I should go get ready, I'll see you at gorilla" he says pecking my lips before leaving.

"You two are so cute" Liv smiles "and I do believe I get to tell you I told you so"

"Yeah you did" I smile "now while we are out there tonight you have plenty of time to go through her bag again, it has to be in there, when you find it take it straight to Stephanie"

"And if it's not?" She asks "what then?"

"Then we have to find a way to get in her room and her case" I say "it's the only other place it can be"

"Just don't kill her out there" she laughs "neither of us want another two weeks without you"

"I won't" I say changing into my outfit for tonight "revenge is more fun when you get to see their reaction, can't do that if she is unconscious"

I give Liv a quick hug before leaving the lockroom and heading to meet Damian at gorilla, I wasn't part of the match but per the storyline we had been put in I had to be out there by his side.

"Hey you look beautiful baby" he says kissing my cheek "you ready to do this?"

"As I'll ever be" I smile as he takes my hand in his before leading me out to the top of the ramp.
I stand a few steps back as he does his entrance and then walk down to the ring with him. As he climbs in the ring I climb onto the apron, he walks over and lifts my chin placing a soft kiss on my lips before walking to the centre of the ring.

As Eva's music hits he gives me a nervous look, I give him a subtle nod and mouth "I love you" to him. He smiles and gives me a wink before turning his attention to his tag partner as she enters the ring.

We watch Becky and Big E make their entrances and then Damian and E get ready to start the match. The bell rings, they lock up and then Stephanie's music hits.

"Stop this match" she calls out as she walks to the top of the ramp "something has been brought to my attention and it needs to be dealt with immediately"

Had Live done it? Had she found the footage?

"Eva it has come to my attention that you used false footage to have Roxy stripped of her number one contenders spot" she says "so as of right now not only are you out of the match, but you are suspended for a month"

"You can do this" Eva screams "she cheated, you know she did, ask doudrop"

"Oh I can do this" Stephanie says "and it's funny you should mention doudrop becuase she is the one who brought this to my attention"

As Eva continues screaming I stand there dumbfounded, Doudrop had helped me? Why would she do that?

"I have one last thing to say" she says "this match will still go ahead, Roxy you will be Damian's partner and congratulations you have your title shot back" she smiles

I feel Damians arms around me and his lips on my cheek but I just can't take in what's just happened. The tables had finally been turned on Eva and everything was as it should be but why had Doudrop helped me? It didn't make sense.

"I'm not done with you" Eva says pulling me out of Damian's grasp "when I come back your finished, I'm taking that title and I'm taking him and you won't be able to stop me"

"I look forward to it Eva" I smirk "it's going to be so much fun watching you try"

As Eva is escorted out of the ring and up the ramp I give her a little wave before taking my spot on the apron. When I look at Damian he has the biggest smile on his face with I instantly return.
The bell rings and they lock up once again but this time Damian is relaxed and completely focused on Big E, there is no doubt in my mind that in a couple of weeks it will be my man holding the belt above his head.
