"Marinette, honey can you get the old camera from the basement, your grandfather wants to take a picture with your father" Sabine called out. "Grandpa, why can't you just use my phone?" "It's too complicated unlike my camera" "Okay Ill get it right away" Marinette and her grandfather had their conversation and she went down their basement. She was searching for the camera when suddenly she saw a box underneath a table "Maybe it's here tikki""Alright let's open it up and head right up, the other kwamis and I are starving" Tikki said to Marinette as they saw the box and open it. They saw no camera but what they saw shocked them........ a hero suit along with one photo "This suit looks oddly familiar" Tikki said "Really? Wait, this picture... It looks like mom and dad..... but younger..... and their wearing these suits..... I have to fund out what they're hiding" Marinette grabbed the box and as they were going out she found the camera, gave it to her parents, grabbed food and head right up to her room to feed the kwamis.
Hours have passed but Marinette didn't find anything, she even asked Alya for help but she didn't know either. Not until a certain kwami of perfection, longg peeped at the picture and then said "Ahhh the previous number 1 and 2 heroes of Japan, they were really great friends of my previous owner" "Wait? you know who these are longg?" Longg nodded and told her that those people in the picture were actually her parents and that they were the most powerful hero in Japan before but they retired when they had a kid. Marinette was shocked. She immediately ran downstairs and she saw her grandfather leaving with her grandma so she immediately said "Mom, Dad, we need to talk! I found this photo down at the basement earlier along with these suits, now tell me, what are you guys hiding from me" She said as she dropped the items she found earlier. Tom and Sabine sighed "I guess it's time...... we didn't wanna tell you because we din't want you to be endangered.... but i guess the truth is out"
Her parents told her everything about how they were originally from Japan and they were the strongest heroes in the land. "Many heroes were admired us but many villains were mad at us" Tom stated which made Marinette curious. "When we were your age we always win against villains so the word spread and we were always attacked until 10 years later your mom got pregnant so we had to move and forget our hero selves." Marinette was shocked to know about her parents being superheroes as well. "Mom? If you guys had quirks, do i have one as well?" Marinette asked and then Sabine chanted something and then a bright light appeared. "I sealed your quirk away before so now that it is unlocked, you should be able to figure things out more, but remember don't show anyone your quirk. Paris is peaceful and quirkless city, we cannot let it be disturbed" Sabine said and Marinette nodded.
*AT MIDNIGHT*
"My parents are heroes and I have actual superpowers behind my ladybug mask... OHHH THIS IS TOO MUCH RESPONSIBILITY" Marinette talked to herself then suddenly she of ways to study her quirk... later she found out about U.A high. She realized if she had to leave Paris then who would protect it from Shadowmoth... then she thought of a plan...... " Get ready for your doomsday, Shadowmoth" Marinette said and wnt to sleep.
*THE NEXT MORNING*
After her class she went ahead and transformed immediately. She then grabbed all the other miraculouses and handed them out their holders. Ladybug now has her full team to fight alongside her. (side note: Alya does not know her secret identity here so she still gets the fox miraculous from time to time). "What seems to be the problem bugaboo" Chat Noir asked looking at the complete team of superheroes. "Today is the day we defeat Shadowmoth once and for all." Ladybug answered. "Bunnix, Viperion try to check who he is in the burrow." "Got it, Burrow, Second chance" The two said. A minute later Viperion said "It's Gabriel Agreste" which shocked Chat Noir. "That's impossible" "Adrien, don't worry we'll just take his miraculous" "Wait..... ADREIEN. LIKE THE ADRIEN AGRESTE?" Alya was surprised and so are the other heroes, "I thought that the two of you can't know each others identity?" "Well yeah but since I am the guardian, I had to know but he still can't know mine" Ladybug explained, "Now, Pegasus teleport us to his lair"
As they got to the lair they discovered about Emilie. "Mother..." "Hand over your miraculouses Gabriel Agreste, Ill give you your wish if you do so" Ladybug shouted "And how do I know this is not a trap" "Because Ill revive your wife right here and now"
Ladybugs hand glowed pink and in an instant Emilie was revived. Marinette didn;t know what she did but she guessed it was her quirk. Adrien and Gabriel detransformed and hugged Emilie. Gabriel gave both his miraculouses to Ladybug but what comes next surprised her so much....... "M'lady, take my miraculous and give it to someone else, I want to spend more time with my family.... See you soon bugaboo"
*AFTER RETURNING THE MIRACULOUSES *
Now that Shadowmoth is defeated she can enroll in U.A without a worry but as she touched the miracle box to close it, it glowed bright and spun and grabbed the kwamis inside... soon after it shot out the light of each respective kwami.... Marinette felt more power within her.
"H-Hey mom.... how can I enroll in U.A?" Marinette asked and her mom immediately answered "I'm glad you asked honey, your father and I already applied you and they already said you can get in any time."
