Aging. In very different ways

Different people age in different ways.Aging can manifest in the form of gradual transition to a new, but no less significant and sacred period of life.This period is defined as change in energy, needs and interests of a person. It's a brand new stage that is unique and precious.During this period a person focuses on oneself and creation of life.He or she passes wisdom over to those people who are accepting it.And having a divine experience of perceiving ones' partner in a different, more deep and spiritual way, without need for sexual energy and investing it in the creation of a new life as well.
On the contrary, for some people this period can come about as a result of gradual but persistent self-destruction that the person has been choosing throughout his life, sometimes even without realising it.This self-destruction comes through chronic stress, selfhumiliation, not feeling one’s needs, or sometimes even obvious self-destruction through alcohol, smoking, junk food, destructive behavior towards ones' body, etc.Choosing this lifestyle every single day can't be left without a consequence, implemented in the form of gradual self-destruction of organ systems, tissues and the whole body.These are simply causes and their effects.
Also, the kind of aging, mentioned above, may be due to the strong belief that "old age is a sickness itself", which is based on words of elderly people and most of the society.It is these strong and firm beliefs that play a significant role in forming human reality.That's why it's vital to search for these destructive beliefs and realise for oneself if he chooses it to be true for himself.Whether he chooses these beliefs to materialize in his reality and future or not.Since "According to your faith let it be to you".The Universe responds to every deep belief in the form of a corresponding implementation in physical reality.
Everyone creates his or her own world and reality.Everyone is responsible for his or her present and future.Even if he or she creates the reality unconsciously.
I suppose that realising «What am I creating with my thoughts, beliefs, words and actions?» is a significant feature of mindfulness.In fact, this is mindfulness itself.It is awareness of which reality you choose.
