*3rd person*
Everyone stares at Merlin after she says this, no one knows how to get Skye out, but before King could suggest something else, the cell down swung open as zeldris says, "I may be evil, but seeing my brother this upset over a girl is hurting so there have the girl back...", Everyone stares at him in shock (again) he then just disappears along with the others tied up with him. Meliodas rushes in and gently wakes her, she only stirs, leaving him to carry her back to the tavern they call home.

*Skyes pov but a flashback*

"He's... He's dead" I say looking down at a man who had just tried to stab me, "He was trying to hurt you" A short yellow haired boy explains to her, "I...I know" I reply, "I had to do it. I can't- I can't let anything happen to you. I had to" he rambles on, "Hey hey! Look at me, that motherfucker was going to kill me. I'm just... shit. I'm just shocked, I guess?" I say reassuring him, "But not scared?" He asks, "Of you? Never".

*Fast forward 4 months*

*skyes pov*
I haven't really got much of a baby bump yet, neither me or meliodas want to know the gender of our little fetus (  :)    ) , so today I helping out at the tavern serving a few drinks here and there doing what I can before I get tired and need a break. I hand a new customer his ale, some of his friends he's with are regulars, I smile as they ask me how I'm doing and stuff like that, The man I gave the ale too, looks me up and down then says, "Don't you think you should wear something less revealing and maybe serve people faster also maybe taking on board that customers maybe don't want to keep hearing about those criminals the seven deadly sins", Everyone in the tavern went silent, including his friends. Clearly this man has never be outside or around other people, not only do I not wear such a short skirt as the other two do, I can't serve any faster then I am doing and I bet he hasn't seen any of our sin marks or known that we've been pardoned, I sigh and just nod agreeing with him to not start an argument and walk off, he gets angry with me walking off but Ban sits the man back down, I sit behind the bar and just start to serve alcohol to the people at the bar ignoring the man's antics. An old woman, who looks vaguely familiar, walks up to the bar, "Hi there, do you remember me? We met a couple months back" she says sitting down then smiling at me, "Oh hi, how are you?" I say taking her order, "just a water please, I heard you were around the area so I decided to come say hi" She says smiles all the way through, I laugh as she carries on talking about her happy she is to see me alive and well, and how happy I make her each time she sees me, "How's that young boy you were with last time? Married yet? Kids?" She asks, I chuckle to myself, "He's okay I think he's just serving at the moment, yep married, and yeah 1 kid" I say handing her her drink and looking down at my stomach, "Aww how sweet, you two will be such good parents" she says taking a sip from her glass. Her old and withered hands shook as she did, she sounds so young at heart when I hear her talk about her late husband, she must've loved him very much. "Did you have any chil-" I start to say before she just drops to the floor, Everyone goes silent as all the sins rush to her aid.

"Skye?"
"Ma'am? Can you hear me Ma'am?"
"Skye?"
"She's not breathing captain"
"Skye!"

All words rushed into one as I froze not knowing what to do, it's not like it's the first person to collapse infront of me. I just broke at the sight of her dropping, like apart of me had just been ripped from me.

"SKYE!"

Merlin sharp tone brought me back from my daze as I rush to the womans side, "Ma'am?" I say struggling to get the words out my mouth, "She ain't breathing..." Ban says next to me, "Let's get her to a doctor or something" Escanor says picking her up gently and walking out with her in his arms, Merlin goes with him. Everyone in the tavern goes back to talking like it never happened but this time more cautious as if every word they said was being watched. I slowly walk back behind the bar and carry on serving people until the boat hat closes.

*Bans pov*

I watch Skyes face as I down another ale, "Lucky bastard" She mumbles, I chuckle.

*Couple days later*

*skyes pov*

I'm sat with a kid at the tavern while we wait for the sins to find his parents, "Hey miss! Why do you have a sin mark on your hand" he asks honestly this kid is like what 12? 13? And he's asking me about that, "Because I'm part of the eight deadly sins" I sigh put my arms behind my head, "I'm gonna be honest with you because I know you can't hurt me because I'm just a kid" he starts so I hum for him to carry on", "In my view, the sins are all still criminals and should be killed for it" he finishes get up from his seat when he saw my face staring back at him, all to soon the others come back with his parents as I say, "Watch your mouth kid. You are one sentence away from starting a war", I watch him gulp then I sigh and walk off upstairs to my room.
