Tootsie is a rather sweet, goofy candy sinner who tends to leave other creatures wondering if she even realizes where she is. She loves pastel colors, glitter (or glittery objects), her coworkers and boss (who she considers to be her friends), and bracelets. Goofing off is one of her many favorite things to do.
She also enjoys making and giving out friendship bracelets. If you're her friend, she will give you two. One to have and the other would be a spare just in case. She always has those bracelets on her, so feel free to ask her for one. She loves parties, whether it's attending them or throwing them. She's a really good friend, always listening when someone needs to talk or cheering them up when they're sad. She works as a waitress at The Crescendo, thanks to Mezz himself.
