The Party I

The week went by fast and now it was 1 hour until the party. Josie was rummaging through her closet trying to think of an outfit to wear.

She hasn't been to a party in awhile. She doesn't want to stick out but she also doesn't want to look like every other girl there. Besides she wants to catch Hopes attention. This may be an unofficial second date.

'Ugh, why is this so hard!' Josie thought as she slumped down in her closet. Her dorm door then opens and one very happy Lizzie Saltzman all but glides in the room. "Jo? Jo? Josie where are you?" Lizzie calls out as she walks across the room. "In here!" Josie yells.

Lizzie goes into Josie's closet and finds her laying on the floor all but buried under clothes. "What happened to you?" She asks. Josie let's out a groan. "The party is in an hour and I still don't know what to wear! It's hopeless maybe I just shouldn't go to the stupid party."

"Oh no Josette there's no going back now! You are going to this party!" Josie sighs and gets up. "I know, I know." She starts picking up the clothes on the floor and rehung them. "Besides Hope will be there and don't you want to blow her away?" Lizzie asks with a smirk. Josie blushes. "Well yeah I guess." With that lizzie claps her hands.

"Now, what's this about not finding an outfit?" Lizzie starts looking through Josies closet picking out a few outfits. Ranging from cute to very revealing.

'This is going to be fun' Lizzie thinks.

Hopes dorm room abruptly swings open. Hope quickly grabs her towel before it fully falls off. "Jeez Hope I really don't want to be blinded before the party. I need to see all the hot babes!" Ethan walks in with Maya and Cleo not far behind.

"Really, hot babes? What are you twelve? And you barged in here first! Ever heard of knocking?!" Hope says as she walks to her closet. "Hmmmm, knocking? Nope never heard of it. How about you?" He looks back and asks Maya. "With you guys, no, never." They both laugh. Cleo and Hope roll their eyes.

"We're just here to make sure you actually come to the party." Cleo says. "And you couldn't just I don't know called?" Hope walks out of her closet. She's wearing skinny jeans, a V-neck shirt with a leather jacket, paired with some leather boots.

"Wow, trying to impress someone Mikealson? Perhaps a certain Josette?" Maya says with a smirk. Hope rolls her eyes and finishes up getting ready. "Josie will be there?" Cleo asks. "Why wouldn't she be? Everyone goes to the first party of the school year." Ethan says.

Hope just realized that Cleo is the only one who she's told about Josie being blind. She walks over to her friends and sits at the corner of her bed. "There's something about Josie that I haven't told you two yet." For some reason Hope feels nervous.

She knows her friends are very accepting and kind. So she doesn't have to worry about them being rude to Josie. Sensing it's something serious the twins sit up and give Hope all of their attention.

"Josie, she's blind." Hope looks up to see two blank faces. There's silence in the room. Ethan speaks first. "Blind as in can't see, like at all?" Maya hits him upside the head. "Duh." Ethan rubs his head.

"Yeah, She is. And it just makes her even more special than she already is." Hope says with a big smile. "Hm. Ok. That's definitely different but as long as she treats you right and you care for her I see no problem." Ethan walks over and hugs Hope. "You'll never hear me say this agian but, I agree with Ethan." Maya also joins in the hug. "Well now I just feel left out." Then Cleo joins the group hug. They stay like that for a while. "Ok so now that that's over..." Maya reaches from behind her back and pulls out a bottle of vodka.

"Who's ready to take some pre-game shots!!!" She screams. Hope looks at her with a shocked expression. "Where did you even get that?!" Maya hands Hope a shot glass. "A magician never tells their secrets." She winks at Hope before taking her shot.

'I'm so gonna regrets this.' Hope groans.

She regrets it. Hopes been at the party for a good thirty minutes and she's already gotten beer spilled on her twice. Maya and Ethan had ditched her to go 'get some' and they'd lost Cleo in the first 10 minutes they were there.

The only thing that could possibly make this party any better would be a certain brunette. Speaking of Josie she hasn't seen her anywhere. So now Hope is just standing in the corner of what she thinks is the living room looking at all of the people on the dance floor. "Come onnnn Hopeyyy. Let's partyyyy!!!" Maya drunkenly says. "And you promised!!! Yesss yooou did! Jossetttte will be here don't you worry your prettyyy littttle head about it. In the mean time. Mean time? Anyway here." Maya shoves a red solo cup with what Hope thinks is beer into her hand. She sighs. Welp might as well to make this party somewhat bearable. She chugs the whole cup in one go.

Many drinks later Hope finds herself giggling uncontrollably laying in the front lawn of the house. She's making grass angles with Maya. "Youuuu were right! This is funn!" Hope says siting up. "Thereee she issss I've missed party hopey!!!" Before hope can respond she sees the person who's she's been looking for the whole night.

"Josie!" Hope gets up and runs toward the brunette. When she reaches Josie she brings her into a bone crushing hug. "Baby, I missed you!" Hope says. A light blush makes it's way onto Josie's face. She called me baby. Sure the two have talked about pet names but they've never came to an actual conclusion on the subject.

"Hey, Hope." Josie says as she hugs the shorter girl back. "Well! By the smell of it she's definitely had a few drinks already and I should too! Bye Jo! Call me if you need me!" With that Lizzie walks into the house. "Wait Lizzie-" before Josie could finish that sentence she feels soft lips press against her neck. 'Is Hope-'

"You have really soft skin and warm. Like a big teddy bear." Hope says into Josie's neck. "Wow you're really out of it aren't you." "Yep!" Hope reply's giddily as she tightens her grip on the brunette. 'Aww she's so cute when she's drunk.' Josie thought.

They stand like that for a couple minutes before Josie decides it's time to actually get to the party. "Hope, you have to let me go so we can get inside." Josie can't help but smile at the situation. It's not what she expected at when she thought of how the party would start but she wouldn't trade it for anything else.

"There you are! I've been looking for you everywhere Hope!" A tall dark skinned girl come up to Josie. "I'm so sorry about my friend here! She's an idiot and had one to many drinks." The girl says as she comes face to face with Josie.

"Oh it's fine! Besides she's my idiot." Josie says looking down towards Hope. "Oh! You must be Josie then! Hi, I'm Cleo one of Hopes closest friends. It's nice to finally meet you. Although, I wish it was under better circumstances." Josie let's out a small laugh. "Hey, Cleo it's nice to meet you too!" Josie tries to wave but Hope still hasn't let her go yet.

Cleo reaches for Hopes arm to remove her from Josie so that the girl can move. "Noooooo" Hope whines out as Cleo finally gets her off Josie. Josie laughs at how cute Hope is being and grabs her hand. "There is that better." Hope look up at her with a wide smile. "Yesss!" Cleo looks at them from the side and can't help but smile. "So I take it we're ready to get to the actual party now." "Yeah."

The girls walks into the party towards the kitchen. There they meet up with the rest of the gang. Josie quickly texts Lizzie where she is and that she's with Hopes friends. Cleo introduces Josie to everyone and Hope clings to the poor girl the whole time. When Lizzie, Mg and Jade get to the kitchen they all line up and take shots. When they all finish Ethan jumps onto the kitchen island. "Alright!!! Let's get this party started!!!"

Hey guys I'm backkkkk! Ok it's been a while but now I've had time to kinda heal and figure out some things. This chapter was originally gonna be longer but I decided to break it into two parts. The second part will be out before Christmas! Oh and I had two questions:
