The Stair Up to Our Todays Dream

Chapter 1

"Two medium size, Cheese flavor Ice cream" Sabi ko sa cashier habang kinukuha ang atm sa bag.

"It's mean that you don't treat me when I'm with you right?" My sense came back when the guy that Gail's still holding is here


"Treat yourself, your old enough" I said as I get Gails hand from the guys. Hindi parin ako nag titiwala sa taong 'yon, malay ko ba kung gusto nya kidnappin si Gail or thief or something.

Naka upo na kami ni Gail sa table for four people, the guy she's with is standing in the cashier ordering or something. Nakikipag laro si Gail sa guy kanina I'm shocked na marunong na siya makipag socialize unlike me. The guy is already heading towards us carrying the Ice Cream I ordered.

"Thank you Daddy" Nagulat ako ng sabihin ni Gail 'yon kaya tinignan ko yung lalaki na naka ngiti habang inaabot ang Ice Cream kay Gail.

"D-daddy?" My mind is full of question, bakit daddy? saan nya naman nakuha ang salitang 'yun.

"Yes Mommy, Yaya Imari said If a man looks after you means he's your daddy or your lover, Since he's older than me then he's my daddy, right?" Gail stated her beliefs, narining ko naman ang pigil na tawa ng lalaking nasa harapan namin.

"Ah, I see but he's not you daddy Gail" I said

"Ehhhh?" Gail pouted, she's about to cry.

"Shuuuhs, Daddy's here" Nagulat ako ng tumayo siya at binuhat si Gail sa tabi niya habang tina-tap niya yung likod ni Gail para kumalma ito. He looks someone on my age I guess.

"Look Mommy his kind,Right Daddy?" Gail pouted with her teary eye

"Yes, I'm Gail" He said with a kind smile on his face

"What's your name?" I asked the guy, kanina pa namin siya kasama dahil ayaw siya pakawalan ni Gail.

"AC, How about you?" He said and start eating his Ice Cream

"Cazz" I said shortly, a confuse face is plashed in Gail's face when I said my second name.

Pag katapos namin kumain ay nag libot parin si Gail at hawak parin ang kamay ni Ac. Nang buhatin niya si Gail ay nakatulog na ito kaya naman ay kinuha ko na si Gail para naman maka uwi na rin. Ngayon ko lang nakita si Gail na ma attach sa ibang tao bukod saakin kaya naman hinayaan ko nalang siya kay Ac kanina.

"Hope we meet again Gail" He said and patted Gail's head habang buhat ko ito na mahimbing ang tulog dahil napagod na nag laro. 

"Thank you for taking care of Gail" I said and turn my back on him, Kaya ko lang naman siya kinausap ay dahil kay Gail. I don't want to be mean in front of Gail so I really need to pretend, his kind though.

Sunday came by really fast, mag hapon kami ni Gail sa bahay kaya tinuruan ko nalang siya ng mga assignment niya and watch some disney movie as she please when it's her rest time.
