It's Saturday morning, I'm supposed to be sleeping and chilling in the house not until Gail started calling me out to go to the mall suddenly. It's been years since I started raising Gail in the house alone because her parents is in London together with my family and yet she choose to be with me instead going to London.
"Mommy, I wanna wear the Sky blue Pony dress today" Gail shouted while I'm preparing her shoes
"Yes baby, Mommy will just take a bath ok? Just sit there and wait for me ok?" Sabi ko at ngumiti naman ito, kaya't nag simula an along mag ayos.
"Mommy, It's Saturday pala the mall is kinda crowded, But I wanna go to the Arcade and eat ice cream" She realizes na maraming tao nang makarating na kami sa entrance and yet she claims her plans before calling me out.
Tumango nalang ako, hinawakan niya ang kamay ko at nag patungo kami sa Arcade. I just wear a Black and White stripped shirt that's tucked in my white skirt that's above the knee match with my white rubber shoes, Gail is wearing her Sky Blue Pony dress as I promise.
"Mommy, do you want to play basketball over there?" As she pointed the mini basketball machine as we reach the arcade on the mall.
"Sure baby let's G-"
"Mommy pahingi pera?" Halos magulat ako nang lumitaw si Celine sa likod na may kasamang lalaki.
"Gago, anong ginagawa mo rito?" I said and almost hit her with my bag
"Gago?" Celine laugh, And I'm hooked when Gail repeated the curse I said
"No baby, that's bad don't say it ok?" I said and she acted like she literally zipped her lips. "Go over there muna and play the Mini Car Machine"
"Got it Mommy" She said and obey my command
"Asan Yaya niya?" Nag tanong si Cel ng makalayo na kami ng kaunti kay Gail.
"Day off" I answered shortly "So sino 'yan?" Pertaining to the guy beside her
"May date kami kaya nga nasa mall diba? Palibhasa si Gail lang lagi mong ka date eh" She said and cling in to the guys arms.
"Yeah I know, Lumayas ka na nga at baka masampal pa kita" I said and she rolled her eyes at me
"Babush Enjoy" Wika nito at umalis kasama 'yung lalaking kasama nya, Ew kadiri.
I turn around and sight the Mini Car Machine and I panicked when Gail was not there, I run and explore the Arcade as fast as I could. Bigla akong naka hinga ng mabuti makita siya sa basketball machine ng Arcade at may kasama itong lalaki na matangkad. I slowly come near them and watch carefully, Gail was so happy with him so I came to approach them.
"Mommy!!!" Gail shouted as she came near me
"Hi baby, don't come with strangers ok?" I said as I can feel the presence of the guy beside Gail
"Mommy he said he knew you" As Gail said, ngayon ko lang nakita na hawak parin ni Gail yung kamay ng lalaki. I looked up and-
