I were woken up by a huge banging sound. I jumped out of my bed scared of what that sound was. Walking to my door opening it softly not trying to be loud.
I make my way to the stairs hearing the banging coming from downstairs. I also hear yelling...is that my mom yelling?. I start walking down the stair quietly, I get to the bottom of the stairs seeing my mom and this man yelling at each other.
I stood at the end of the stairs making sure they don't see me. 'Ashely why are you letting me see my fucking daughter!' The man yelled at my mom.
But my mom only looked upset that the man was even yelling at at. 'Chris I told you that you can't see her until you get your shit together! I won't let you bring your drinking around my daughter, so she can see you drunk every night?, that's the last thing my daughter will see' mom yelled back.
The man looked like he had steam coming out of his ears when mommy said that. Everything just happened so fast. I see my mom falling on the ground while the man stands over her. 'Chris please..' but the man cut mommy off by hitting her in the face.
I screamed scared of what this man is doing to my mom. 'Leave her alone' I ran up to the man to push him but he only pushed me back. 'Look little girl I don't know why your woke but if I were you I would go back the fuck to sleep' the man said loudly.
'No! Leave my mom alone she didn't do anything to you' I screamed at him tears streaming down my face. The man only got more angry because I didn't follow what he said.
Why should I he isn't my dad, and I won't sit here and let him hurt my mommy. I love her to much to see her being hurt in front of me.
The man walked up to me before pulling my arm harshly. I screamed as he pulled me to a room. Throwing me in the room and locking the door.
I banged on the door screaming, crying everything but nothing seem to work. I sat on the floor crying hearing my mommy screaming in pain. All I can hear is my mom screaming in pain knowing that man Is hurting her.
But I'm locked in this room not being able to to help my mom or at least do something. After a while the screaming stopped...there were silence. Nothing can be heard.
Until I heard the door being unlocked. I moved from the door quickly, the door opened revealing the man that was hurting my mom.
'Get your stuff we are leaving' she said sternly. I looked at her with glossy eyes standing there. He sighed. 'Jordan please get your things we have to leave' he said more softly this time.
I were to scared to not listen so I got my things together. After I were done I put it all in a sleeping bag that my mommy got for me.
'Come on we need to hurry up and leave' he said taking my bag walking downstairs. I followed behind him scared of were he is taking me.
When we get downstairs I seen mommy laying on a floor with blood coming out of her neck, she was just laying there not moving. I stared at her body.
I were stuck it was like I couldn't move, like my feet were super glued to the ground. I didn't know I were crying til I felt tears falling on my palms.
Then mom started coughing but blood coming out her mouth, I moved back scared. 'What wrong mommy' tears still streaming down my face.
She kept coughing up more blood not responding to me. I only cried more watching my mom die right in front of me. I walked up to her trying to stop her from coughing but nothing worked.
I just had her blood on my cloths, that's when I heard a banging sound and mommy stopped moving. I turned around seeing the man with a gun in his hands.
'What did you do to my mom!' I screamed at him. He didn't say anything but looked scared. I turned back to mom holding her up with my little hands.
'Mommy please wake up...please wake up' I cried shaking her softly.
'Mommy we were supposed to see Billie today and I were going to show you all the things we did when I got home' I sobbed still trying to hold her up with my little hands
When I seen that she wasn't responding to me I sobbed even harder. My mommy, my best friend gone...I can never hear her voice again, never hear her sing me to bed with her beautiful voice.
I won't ever be able to wake up to the smell of her making my favorite foods. I won't hear her say she loved me over and over. I can never feel her touch anymore, I won't have her hugs or kisses anymore.
Because he took that from me, I looked at him with so much anger. 'You took my mommy away from me like it was nothing' I yelled with tears still falling.
'You killed her right in front of me and didn't care that she had a daughter that she loved! You took my only family from me why!' I cried.
He only looked away from me not answering me. That only made me more angry. 'Jordan everything happens for a reason...you just gonna have to get over it' I looked at him like he was crazy.
But before I could say anything I felt something hit me in the head. 'I'm sorry Jordan..I didn't mean for any of this to happen' was the last thing I heard before seeing black.
