Backstory: Jeremiah is the son of Jonathan Stones and Elizabeth Stones that own a company called Stone Inc which focuses on building weapons for the military, making artificial limbs for patients that lost arms or legs, and other kinds of tech as they have been trying to compete better then Oscorp and Stark Industries. Jeremiah got bitten by a radioactive spider (just like others so no surprise there) and got his abilities from it but he didn't know how to control it properly so he wanted to be trained by Spider-Man and decided to make his own suit and meet him and asked for training but refused so he kept annoying Spider-Man about it until he agreed and got trained to use his powers so he is now Spider-Man.
