chapter 15-the last time i saw him hurt

This is going to be a flash back chapter so maybe a little long.

I looked down at zack remendering the last time i almost lost him.

~flash back~about 3 year ago
(you were 11 years old and zack was 2)

Sam was on the the floor with with zack.(the pic that I have is sam or the one from the last chapter i don't care which ever one you like more)I was trying to put him down for a nap.

Zack fell asleep and sam grabbed him by the back of his shirt and lad him down on a sleep mat."night night zack".i went to go get him a blanket while sam watched him.

Ashlyon was coming over for Christmas dinner along with Eren.i know how to make a lot of thing because if i wasn't helping zack i was usually cooking with my mom but its been two years since then that we cooked together.(Christmas is the season were most people get robbed)

I made ham, turkey,collard greens, spinach,mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese and for dessert a chocolate cake with brownie bits on top.but i don't like it so i probably would just eat ice cream,but it's zacks favorite.then i put zack in his room so i didn't wake him.

I set the table and got the guest room ready because eren was sleeping over.i heard a knock at the door thinking it was eren cause he is usually early to help out.but sam jumped up and kept nudging me away from the door."sam stop it eren" i said trying to get past him.

The nock got harder on the door.

"eren doesn't knock that hard"i said i tried to look though looking whole but i was still a little to small that's when sam lad in front of the door."thanks sam"i said and stepped on him at light as i possibly could.he weighted more then me but i still didn't want to hurt him.

I heard a small crash noise come zack's room.me and sam ran to zack's bed room.the window was mashed open,zack is crying and there's glass in his crib.the man was standing over zack's crib.he looked up at me and sam ran at him.

Sam bit his leg and yanked him back just enough so i can pick up zack and run out of his room if sam right behind me.i grabbed a phone and ran into the bath room only because it had a window that would be to small for them to fit though.

I ran in and locked the door and i pushed a small shelf in front of the do with help from sam.i called the police only cause i wouldn't be able to fight him and watch zack.the police where on there way.i think he walk past the bath room to the front door.then i heard the front door close.then it sounded like there where to of them.

"hey,sweetie don't you want to come out and play,we want hurt you"one of the men said while chuckling and other said "yeah,or show up that pretty doggy of your or maybe that cute little baby he has to have cut maybe we can help fix him up".it sounded like he was the one who got bit cause he said it while gritting his teeth.

"What wait...zack"i said and i finally got a good look at him he had glass shards in his arms,legs and a small cut on his face and he was crying.

So i grabbed a first aid kit from under the sink.i put a band aid on his face and kissed it.i took off his ripped clothes and looked for some thing to rap him in after i banded this arms nd legs.i grabbed the towel from the rack and wrapped him.and throw zack's ripped clothes with glasses all over it to the side so no one would get hurt.after about 20 mintunes i heard the police out side.

~time skip~ to where the last cop car was driving away. and after a repair man fixed zacks window in less then 15 minutes because it was a pretty clear break through.(have them on speed dial only because you know the manager there.another family friend)

Eren finally got but he was late for the first time ever.me and sam acted like nothing happened.but he did ask way zack had a cut i told him i dropped a glass cup in couple of shutters flu.

He told me to be careful i nodded and ashlyon got there.i checked all the gift under the tree and all of them were still there,it looks like those guys didn't have time to grad any parents that a good thing.

I just sat there with zack laying in my lap.
