Ciarra Hughes walked into the the office of Roy Mustang. She was hoping to catch her brother, Mases Hughes before he left for the night. She had entered through the main door just moments earlier she wore a pair of black knee high boots, black tights and a blue mini skirt that covered her ass of course. She had her sword strapped over her waist. She had a set of goggles strapped on her head. She used these in case she was fighting in a messy situation. None the less. Her long brown hair was pulled up into a high sleek ponytail. All you could hear in the hall was murmur from the men in the building. They couldn't help but to stare at the young lady, who was only 21 years old. They were going crazy, of course because, they hadn't seen a female officer wear a mini skirt before. She had her reasons. She fought with long English swords. They were her preferred weapon, over any thing else really. The sound of her heels echoed through out the halls. She finally arrived to the office her older brother, Mases Hughes and Roy Mustang and Riza shared. Riza had gone home a bit earlier, beings she was tired. Tired of the stupid shit of some of the officers in the building that was. They acted like they never seen a woman before. So, you kinda get it.

Ciarra opened the door. She stepped in. She also wore a jacket over her top. The usual officer jacket. It hung on her shoulders at the moment. Her arms were not through the sleeves. "Where is my brother, Mases?" Ciarra said. She used the back of her foot to shut the door to the office. He was not in there. But, Roy was. So he could tell her what she wanted to know. Roy looked up. He frowned at her. He wasn't expecting to see her return earlier from her mission. She was supposed to be gaining information about the Philosopher Stone. "You are back sooner." Haven't you got work to do?" Ciarra looked down at Roy. She removed her goggles and put them onto his desk. "I did my work." I work fast and get done earlier." A real honest and truthful officer female or male must complete his or work in a quick matter." "Sir, you know that I love this country very much. And want to return it to democracy as well."  "That is why I do my work fast, and right." Ciarra said looking down onto Roy. She showed respect for him. She knew that he needed Mases help to rise up through out the ranks and become the country's next Fuhrer.

This was important to him. He was the only known Flame alchemist. And he had such great idea's for this country. Ciarra sighed. "Now, where is my brother Mases?" She seemed impatient for an answer. "He better not of gone home already, he knew I was coming." She said in a cross tone. Roy stood up. She watched him stand up. "I sent him home to his family early tonight." "I know I was supposed to have told him that you would possibly stop by tonight to talk to him. But, I sent him home, so that you and I can talk." Ciarra looked at him angrily. "What do you and I need to talk about, that is so important for Mases to not know, He is my brother and your friend."

"That is very true yes." Roy said going over to the door locking it and putting the key in his pocket. His hands too went into his pant pockets. She seemed confused. "Why the hell is he locking the door...what does he possibly gotta say that he can not say in front of my brother?" Ciarra thought to herself. Ciarra backed up against the wall. "What is your problem Sir?" Have I done something wrong on the job?" She swallowed hard. She didn't like how he was corning her. His dark cold eyes stared hard into her aqua ones. She tried so hard to not show fear.

"You never did a thing wrong...

Well, except for trying to tease me by wearing those mini skirts and boots." He smirked.

Ciarra's face turned red. "It was never to tease you. It's much easier to fight in combat with these type of skirts." "Geez you are stupid like other men...don't you have other woman, that you would rather be chasing after?" Ciarra said rolling her eyes. "I have no interest in you." She said crossing her arms over her big chest.

"Woman who could offer you more?"

"More then me anyway..." she mumbled in a grumpy tone of voice.

"Damn it!" Shut up!" Roy growled. He removed his right hand from his pocket slamming it onto the wall right above her right shoulder. This surprised her very much.

"I know damn well, that you wear these skirts to grab my attention. You may wear them for easier combat, but you really wear them, hoping to catch my attention." He growled lowly.

Ciarra could feel her heart racing in her chest a bit more then what it was earlier. "Well, Sir, I--."

He cut her off. "It's Roy when It's just you and me for now on." He said in a low enough whisper.

He came in closer to her lips. Ciarra's eyes sparkled.

Was he going to really kiss her on this rainy cold night?

Their lips locked.

This sent a sensation racing through the both of their bodies. One that they might on not felt before. Ciarra bit his bottom lip. He growled a bit and pushed his tongue in between her lips. Fighting for dominance  over her mouth. He grabbed her butt cheek, hard enough, causing a moan to escape her mouth. He won easily. Her officer jacket fell off of her shoulders. She felt sexual tensions take over her body. She stood up on her own toes and grabbed him by his shirt collar kissing him harder and began to feel hasty.

He looked down at her. She seemed to be begging for more. He pulled away.

"Meet me on North street later tonight." He said properly fixing his uniform. Ciarra came back to her heels.

It was only 6:30 p.m. "What time, Sir." She asked.  Roy looked at her. She was just so young and beautiful.

"Tonight at 10:30. I'll pick you up and we will go to my place."  He smirked deviously.

"That way both me and you, get what we have been wanting so long from each other." He said fixing his collar.

"Can you make it?"

Ciarra seemed lost in her thoughts. She put back on her jacket. "Y-yes Sir!" She said. She reached for her goggles still sitting on his desk. But, he grabbed them for her and put them back on her head for her.

"It's Roy for you when me and you are alone." He growled. She just glared at him. He hit her ass, grabbing her by thew waist and kissed her once more. He let her go, unlocking the door quietly and let her go.

Ciarra pretty much had another mission.

Meet Roy Mustang on North Street tonight at 10:30 p.m.

He walked behind her in the shadows staring her down. She could feel his eyes on her watching her. Once she got outside in the rain, she slide her goggles down over her eyes and leaped up onto the wall and the buildings on to the trees, and was gone from Roy's sight.

He was really falling for this girl. Who was the younger sister to his best friend. Who knew.

Outta all the woman he could of chosen. He chose her.

Ciarra kept her hand hear the sword strapped to her tiny waist. Just in case if danger were to emerge from no where. Who knew. Roy Mustang the man who was one of the sexiest higher up officers liked her. And wanted her. Wanted to tear her to shreds. She grinned fiercely. She laughed a bit and landed back onto the city streets. She could not wait for tonight.

Roy started up his car and drove home. He couldn't stop thinking about those beautiful aqua eyes.

If only time could go by faster.
Ciarra returned home to the Manor, where she still lived her mum and Pa. They were one of the last richer family's still standing in Amestris. She returned to her room and flopped down on to her large bed and grinned up to the ceiling.

She knew her brother was happy with his lovely wife and three year old daughter. They lived a normal life. But, Ciarra would soon own the manor in her name and the large fortune would be hers along with the land. She fell asleep.

Just for awhile anyhow.~
