"So you're saying that this world has been invaded by creatures that you call neighbors and there is an organization that is in charge of taking down said neighbors right?" Skeppy asked.

"And it's been four years since that happened?" Puffy asked.

"And BORDER has been keeping the majority of the peace since that happened?" Niki asked.

"And there are three main ranks of squads who go out and fight the Neighbors with the special one being called 'S' rank?" Tubbo asked.

"And this opportunity is that you want us to join BORDER?" I asked.

Usami nodded at all those questions.

We all looked at each other for a few moments.

"That's...BULLSH*T!" Skeppy slammed his hand on the table.

"Skeppy, Language!" I shouted at him.

"We are in this new world and the first thing you ask of us is to join this f*cking organization that we know very little about," Skeppy said angrily.

"I know it may seem rushed and very quick to ask of you but think about it! BORDER has access to different types of technology that no ordinary citizen can or has access to. Hey what's that on your wrists?" Usami asked.

"Our coms? Our communicators?" Tubbo lifted his arm to show her.

"Ah I see. You have your own piece of technology and maybe with BORDER's help, you'll find a way home," Usami assured us.

"But how can we trust BORDER? For all we know, different dimensions could mean that we're Neighbors to them," Skeppy pointed out.

Well it did seem like the portal I fell from also had that bug-like creature, I thought.

"They won't know if you don't say you're from another world. Just say you're foreigners from a place in the world," Usami suggested.

"Ok how many of you can pass as Americans?" Tubbo turned to us and asked.

"I think it's just HappyDuo and I," Puffy replied.

"Why did you ask that so threatening?" Skeppy asked.

"Just because. And no I won't attack you, I'm not Tommy," Tubbo replied.

Tubbo can scare people without even trying.

"So Puffy, Skeppy and I can say that we're foreigners from America while Tubbo and Niki can say that they're foreigners from the UK," I explained.

"Good good. Now there is tons of food in the kitchen right now but eventually that will run out. So there is some money in this envelope right here as well as some job suggestions so you could get more money to pay the rent and buy more things for you," Usami explained.

Niki took the envelope and looked inside of it.

"That's...a lot," she noted.

"So that's it?" Tubbo asked.

"Yep! There are also directions to where you can find me and a small letter of recommendation so you can enter in easily, well as easily to get in the base. You'll have to take a test to see if you're qualified to be in BORDER," Usami explained.

"It looks like we don't have a choice," Skeppy grumbled.

"You can just ignore the letter and go on and do your own thing or take this opportunity and find a way home," Usami pointed out.

Skeppy stayed quiet at this.

"Well I'm off. It's my turn to make dinner this time," Usami smiled.

She got up from the cushion she was sitting on and left the apartment.

We stayed there in silence as many thoughts were running in our heads.

"So...what should we do?" Niki was the first to break the silence.

"I don't know, maybe we should talk about our situation more and then talk about the opportunity," Tubbo suggested.

"So we're in a place that isn't Minecraft, our armor, weapons and items are gone, we're speaking another language, we're in a f*cking war zone, we're might be mistaken for these people's enemies and now we have to live here until we find a way home," Skeppy listed it down.

"Ok so that's our situation then," Tubbo noted.

"So this opportunity...if we were to join BORDER, Usami said that we might find a way back home due to them possessing technology that the public doesn't. But we would have to fight the Neighbors," Puffy explained.

"Yeah she looked curious about our coms. Maybe she was probably thinking that we can use our own piece of technology and combine it with theirs so we can find a way home," I added on.

"This opportunity seems too good to be true though...,"Skeppy trailed off, thinking.

"Usami did made it seem like joining BORDER is our only option. So what other choice do we have?" Niki asked.

"Literally our only options is to join BORDER or not join BORDER. It's basically yes or no," Tubbo explained.

"Damn for a simple decision, it's hard to pick which one," Puffy grumbled.

"Yeah," I nodded.

"I think we should sleep now and wait until morning to continue talking about this. Good night," Niki said and she got up to the room where she and Puffy will be sharing.

"Ok," Tubbo murmured sleepily and he also got up.

We all went to our rooms.

I closed the door and turn off the lights with the only light is the natural light from the moon.

I was guided by the moon to my bed and I lay down on it.

"Hey Bad?" I heard Skeppy from the bed next to mine.

"Yeah Skeppy?" I asked.

"Do you think that we'll find a way back home?" He asked.

I stayed quiet at this.

The obvious choice was to say yes and assure him that it will be ok but...

I didn't want to lie to him in case we don't find a way home.

"Bad?" Skeppy was waiting for an answer.

"Skeppy...hopefully. Whatever happens, we'll deal with it together," I said.

"So we'll stay at each other's side and never leave?" Skeppy asked.

"You clingy muffin. But in a sense, yeah," I laughed.

"I'm not clingy! But thanks for the reassurance, I appreciate it," he said.

"Night Geppy."

"Night Bad."

A/N: sudden motivation to write in this book? Nani?!

Still haven't even gotten to the first episode yet but we're getting there. There will be a time skip to when Osamu meets Yuma for the first time but that will happen after the group makes their decision.
