Explanation: Cecil is able to turn any weapon in his hand into another weapon of his choosing. For example he can turn a kunai into a two handed sword. Or turn a bayonet into a chakram. A Katana into a lance, etc. The weapon can be anything Cecil wants it to be.
Limits & drawbacks: Cecil has to know what the weapon they want to turn their current weapon into. Cecil has to know how to use the basics of a weapon they switch to. Luckily the orphanage showed him how to use weapons for protection when he gets older. Cecil has to have a weapon of some sort in hand to use the monnatrie. And Cecil has to have seen the weapon before to use it. So um u guys can pick the weapons he's seen and the weapons he knows how to use.
