He is very good at telling people what to do. But on the inside he is a nice guy and will give you a heads up when you're wrong but that is only for people he's close with and thats not a lot of people. Another thing, He actually cares so just by his nature don't think he doesn't care. He's also pretty responsible, sincere, and able to handle pressure if you ask me.
