Funny story, my family and I didn't celebrate Christmas until I was around nine or ten. So, when we started, we never really did the whole Santa Clause thing- it was really just us getting presents for each other. Looking back at it, I honestly preferred it that way; it gave the holiday more of a meaning to me. Plus I didn't have my heart broken after hearing my parents had tricked me all these years about a mystical man giving me gifts based off of my good behavior lol.
Not trying to shame those who did grow up with Santa Clause though; just some backstory that, in hindsight, does not seem relevant to the meaning of this post.
One tradition that we did start doing years later was the opening of one gift on Christmas Eve, and only one until the next day. It sounds a little weird, but it hyped up the holiday for us.
So, as an early Christmas to you guys, here is the cover you'll be looking for tomorrow.
