My name is Barbie and I live in a small town called "Forks".I have lived here all my life and it's time I get on with my life.Since the death of my parents the only person I have left is my brother Devon.But he moved back to North Carolina to live with some friends of my parents.I can't believe he left me here all alone.Well not exactly I have to go live with one of my dad's friends.His name is Jeremy.It has been three years since my mom and dad have passed away.I am now "17" years old.It's really hard to be a Hybrid.Trying to control the thirst for human blood is really hard work.The Werewolf part is easier.I can turn whenever I want to.Jeremy told me I'm the only Hybrid in the world.I find that pretty hard to believe.Considering their is a whole world out there.
