Tanjiro's POV
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Finally, Urokodaki, The man wearing a blue, cloud covered Haori seemed to have finished what looked to be burying those that had died to that demon... I wish I had helped him but my legs hurt so much and I can't move anymore. I'm grateful enough that he didn't try to kill my sister so I shouldn't complain about it and just keep moving regardless of how bad it hurts..."Let's get moving..." As he approached us both, That smell of natural rain and pine blessed my nose with feelings of security. The kind that I'd only ever get when I was at home and safe with my family... Though that feeling is non existent, they're dead now.. And they have been for almost three days now, get over it, Tanjiro, You have to be strong for Nezuko's sake...
"Kid, are you even listening to me?" Urokodaki spoke up once more in his, from what I know, usual gruff tone. His voice wasn't loud at all, he just sounded really tired... I don't blame him, I'm tired too...
"R-right! Sorry sir I wasn't thinking for a moment there...." I gave a quiet laugh in hopes to not make the man question if i'm mentally capable to be looking after my demon sister... who seems to have gone right back to sleep, I should put the lid back onto this...
With that thought in mind, I gently adjusted Nezuko so she could comfortably sleep in her basket before gently placing the lid on top. Urokodaki just stood there, staring down at me with his arms crossed... was he angry with me? I really hope I haven't done something wrong...
"U-um... sorry sir I'm just being careful not to hurt Nezuko" As I secured the lid on the basket I tried my best to stand up without doubling over in pain.
It hurt, It hurt so much I wanted to scream.
There's no use for whining right now though, Nezuko has it worse than I do... It must be uncomfortable staying curled up in such a tiny space like that... just keep moving Tanjiro, for your sisters sake...
Sakonji's POV
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This kid... Watching him struggle to even stand up like this, makes me wonder just how long he's traveled to get here... Couldn't have been long, I only just got a letter from Giyuu saying he was sent my way...Though the way he's acting, its like he's been walking for days... was he running? Or possibly going down a mountain? I'll ask him once we've returned to my home, he's probably just physically and mentally exhausted.... Poor child, He reminds me of Giyuu when he came to me...
I took a moment to glance over at the boy infront of me who had just carefully managed to put that basket on like a case, he's really carrying his sister in there... I wonder if she's lighter than the average person now that she's a demon... its highly likely...
"If you can walk, then hurry and come along" I turned and made my way down the steps to the shrine, keeping a close eye on the boy. I'm concerned he may collapse from exhaustion by now... lets just hope that doesn't happen

Tanjiro's POV

Wow... Mr.Urokodaki is a really quiet person... I wonder what he's thinking about? Probably something spiritual, he seems like that sort of guy... a lot like father, father... I think that if they met, they'd be good friends
