"No!" George yells back at his father." He doesn't even hesitate to push George to the ground. "I did say out of the way!" His father spat back at his son, on the kitchen floor. "Henry!" George's Mum yells at her husband, purely out of fright. "He's a gay freak! He doesn't deserve a Soulmate!" He yelled back at his wife. George completely blacked out after those words, but the only thing that crept into his dreams from reality was his mother's cries.
George was turn apart from this dream his life was a house of horrors. He was planning to run away only a few after this indecent, he was going to bring his mother too. But sadly she had passed only days before he ran away.
---------------
Such nice memories he thought sarcastically. After that George never believed in soulmates. If his parents were soulmates, he would rather not have one. I mean, to him, who would want to be with a gay freak?George had reached the community house which was a good start point to go off of where to build a house. George went over to Sapnaps house. Which he only knows where it is because Sapnap pointed it out before he went off and did other things. He went up to the mostly wooden and glass house. George could clearly see in. Sapnap was at a table crafting something, George didn't know what. He knocked on the door, and Sapnap walked straight over, and opened the door. "Hi George!" Sapnap said cheerfully. "Hey Sapnap. Do you know where a good place to build a house would be?" He replied.
"Oh- uhhh. On the prime path somewhere? Or you could build it someplace Futher away but still a decent distance to the town?" Sapnap said back confused, thinking he would stay at his parents home. "Thanks Sapnap!" George said whilst walking away. "Right. Okay BYE GEORGE!" Sapnap yelled after him.
George explored places on the prime path, nothing particularly interesting there. So instead he went exploring outside of L'Manberg and the town. George had found a small hill not that far away. He began building some sort of structure but he stopped halfway through before realising. Do I really want to do this? My soulmate will definitely find me, but... I can't run forever.
Those two parts of him were at war with each other. He didn't know what to do! So instead he sat down on the grass, opened his diary and wrote down a list. One side being Cons, the other Pros.
Cons
•Soulmate WILL find you.
•You have to face your fear.Pros
•You can make friends.
•Maybe finding you soulmate is a good thing?George sighed and placed his book back in his backpack. He sat there looking at the beautiful colourless scenery. A yellow-brown forest near him, the same colour grass. "What a lovely ugly world" he said outloud before standing up and continuing the house construction.
Hours past by and the house was getting into shape. But there were still chunks of the roof missing, from a lack of materials of course. George left his bag at his new house, then walked into that nearby forest in hopes of finding giant mushrooms to pick.
He searched aimlessly through the forest and only had picked three mushrooms before noticing he was completely lost. And the only compassed he actually had on him was his soulmate compass.
George said to himself no! I will not follow this compass! Even if I'm lost! But moving around in circles for ten minutes left him no choice. He put his hand in his pocket and pulled out his compass. North, it read out. "Hopefully I don't see them!" He said, biting the inside of his check hard. And like that he treked on through the thick woods and eventually it thined out into nothingness. He was back in L'Manberg.
There were two emotions he was strongly feeling. Fear and Joy. Joy because he had gotten out of the forest, Fear since his soulmate is in L'Manberg, or close to it. George sprinted back to his makeshift house trying to escape his stressful emotions, to block them out. But reaching up onto his forehead didn't help.
---------------
George was at his job, working as cashier at a local bakery. A boy his age, much taller than him walked in. The boy had beautiful little freckels spreading across his face, he had yellow eyes, which he presumed was green. George instantly turned into a tomato. The boy walked around the shop before picking up a bread loaf, bagging it, and walking over to him. George smiled and said "Hi! Thank you for shopping here!" George stuttered out. The dirty blonde said nothing. He's not the talkitive type, is he? George thought. "This it?" George said breaking the silence between the two. The boy nodded shyly. "Your totals $5 sir." George said to him. The boy pulled a $5 note out of his pocket and Gave it to George. "Have a good day sir!" George said, handing the bread loaf. The boy left the shop, leaving George flusterd and hot. Could this be my soulmate? He thought. If I get more pretty, do you think he will like me? George thought.Shortly after his father walks in. "I saw that boy. I saw how you looked at him. Gay freak!" His dad spat out at him. "Dad please! I was only selling him-" George pleaded out, but he was cut off. "I DONT CARE! You get home, your getting the beating of you lifetime!" He spat again, before leaving the shop.
George was terrified for his life. When his dad says something, he means it. But all good things don't last forever. Eventually he arrived home, he turned the door handle and he was met to his dad sitting in a seat directed to the front door. George tries to sprint to the stairs to his room. He thought if he could just get to the stairs he could lock himself in his room. But that wasn't the case. His dad caught him and pushed him to the floor. "YOU THINK YOU CAN ESCAPE ME?! NEVER! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR GAY IN THIS FAMILY!!" He screamed at George. His dad began beating him sensisly, the stomach the face, it didn't matter where, just if it hurt. His dad reached over to the kitchen counter and grabbed and empty beer bottle, he smashed it on the side of the counter and hit George's forehead. This did had knocked him out, but he could still feel the pain.
