"I think that I'm going to try to go medical school. I just think that it would be fun to have a little break before having to go have another 8 years of school," I said pulling back into a comfort zone.
He could tell I was living for some reason and pressed the conversation more. "Tell me the truth Abby. You can trust me."
"I don't know. Everyone I've told pulls away every time I tell them, and I don't want you to pull away. I want you to stay because I like you as my friend and I don't want to lose you." I was tearing up not and trying to choke them back down.
