After Claire had been captured and taken away from her father, brother, and group members, she was taken to a building that the Saviors called 'The Sanctuary'. To Claire, it looked like a run-down building on the outside, but once she was taken inside, she could see that a lot of people were a part of what kept this place standing. She still couldn't believe that they looked up to Negan of all people for strength and leadership, but one of the Saviors, who was named Laura, took her to a room, which looked to be about an average bedroom with some little necessities that she would need. Laura then closed the door behind her, as she left Claire alone in the room, it pretty much gave Claire the cue to look around, mainly for a way out, but she huffed in irritation when she couldn't find one.

There was knock at the door a few moments later. It was Negan. He hadn't seen Claire since he nearly forced Rick to cut her arm off. While he was a busy man, he wanted to take the time and see how the kid was settling in. More than likely, she was already looking for a way to escape. Unfortunately for her, Negan already had a plan for making sure that never happened. "Are you really gonna make me wait all day, kid?"

She groaned in annoyance and walked towards her door, opening it as if she hadn't been doing anything. "I would have loved to make you wait longer, but I was afraid that you wouldn't give up."

"Oh, don't be like that. You know you couldn't wait for your dear old Uncle Negan to pay you a visit." Negan gave her a wide smile as he entered the room, looking around and taking it all in. "So, what do you think of your new home?"

Claire scoffed, crossing her arms. "New home? This isn't a home. It's a goddamn cage."

"Cage? You must be joking, honey. I mean, you got a bed here. Hell, you even got your own fridge. How is this a cage?"

"Having a damn bed and fridge doesn't mean anything when you're being held here against your will."

Negan rose an eyebrow. "I mean, if you want to be treated like a prisoner. We could always throw you in a real cage and feed you shit sandwiches for the rest of your sorry life. So, I believe instead of complaining, you should be saying "thank you, Uncle Negan" because you're going to able to actually thrive. I did you a favor by bringing you here."

Claire scoffed again. "A favor? You took me away from my family, and you think that you're doing me a favor? You can go burn in hell for all I care."

Negan just smiles and chuckles at her comment. "Listen, kid, I don't care how much you run your mouth to me. Run it away. But there are some people in here you're gonna want to watch it with. I did you a favor, and you'll see that in time. To help you get a better feel of the place, you'll be going on a tour. How do you like the sound of that?"

She thought about it, knowing that trying to escape would be a hassle when she was near Negan, and especially when she was around the rest of the Saviors, but part of her really wanted to try, so she decided to take him up on the offer, so she can at least know where to look for a way out. "Screw It. Fine."

"Atta girl! See?" Negan patted her on the shoulder. "Alright, come on, kid. I've got a lot to show ya."

Claire rolled her eyes. "I'm sure you do. Let's just get this over with."

"Now, I think I'll just take my sweet old fucking time with the tour then." Negan opened the door for her. "Ladies first."

Claire groaned, and walked past him, leaving the room, while Negan looked at her. "You gotta lighten the fuck up, honey. You really do. Are you always this fucking miserable?" Negan closed the door behind him and proceeded to walk down the hallway beside Claire. Lucille could be seen slumped on his shoulder. The hallway was mainly empty except for two cleaner who bowed as Negan walked by.
