Bete :" Finn , I found tracks , they were here "

The two parties were now on the site where bell and Aiz camped one day ago , by now Aiz and bell would be crossing the unknown floors.

Finn walked to the clearing where of the glowing crystals. He checked the empty potions and rations.

Finn:" we are behind by a day , at worst 2 "

Riveria :" what should we do now ? continuing without a plan would be reckless "

Finn :" I know " as he turned around to ottar who was talking to his party members

Finn :" Ottar , are you going to continue ?"

Ottar :" yes , with or without you , our goddess orders are absolute"

Finn :" fine , we will go all together , however what ahead of us are unknown floors , we don't even know where we should go"

Ottar :" it doesn't matter , hogni and Allen will track them , we are not that far behind"

Finn clicked his tongue , his thumb start throbbing. Something started bothering him the moment he entered the floor 60 .

Finn( what did I missed this time ?)

Finn :" how about this ottar , we will rest here for now , this will be our last chance to rest before going down there, meanwhile come with me ,we will make a formation to optimize the search"

Again as Finn walked something kept bothering him , he started checking his surroundings searching for something but in this sea of grass even with good senses you can barely notice any monster ahead. Out there , hidden in the shadows of the long grass, viteaux's scout was watching every movement of the two parties

Meanwhile

Bell:" is this an Altar ?"

Aiz gaze was locked on an old marble building like a temple. A broken stone plate was on the middle of the altar with glyphs written all over it .The Altar was on floor 64 , it is the location of the weird symbol on their map.

Aiz :" no way"

Bell :" Aiz , do you know what this is ?"

Aiz was shaken by what she discovered and totally forgot about her surrounding , her mind drifted away to the her past , where she saw those flames devour her parents. But before long she someone's hand on her shoulders

Bell:" Aiz !Aiz! snap out of it!"

Aiz :" bell?"

Bell :" what happened to you , you were looking at that plate and then ."

Aiz :" nothing , lets keep going , this is not a safe zone , we need to reach the forest on the next floor and rest there "

She removed his hands and walked forward without even giving a look back to him.

Bell :" Aiz" however his voice was so low that she didn't hear it.

Soon the two reached the 65 floor.

Bell :" at least there is some light here "

However Aiz didn't reply to him

Bell :" Aiz"

Aiz:" be on your guard , there is something wrong here "

Bell :" what it is?"

Aiz:" haven't you notice ?"

Bell looked to the giant forest and around the floor , and soon he noticed the abnormalities of this place , just like the previous floors this one was quite , so quiet that there is barely any living creature around.

Bell :" there are no monsters here "

Aiz:" there numbers starting decreasing since the previous floor , I thought they were just away from us , but its not , usually there is either a boss here or all the monster were killed "

Bell:" lets move on"

The two of them grabbed their weapons and were walking with caution. What they thought would be a safe zone turned to be unexpected threat.

After 2 hours of walking.

Aiz:" this is weird , if there was something out there "

Bell :" it would ve attacked us"

Aiz:" yes , I guess we are really alone here "

Bell:" I cant feel any hostile gaze or any monsters around "

Aiz :" lets find a water source and rest"

In the maze of the giant trees , two figures were walking following the tracks to find water.

Bell:" I can hear water sound" soon the two reach a small waterfall with a lake , the light of the crystals was reflected on the clear waters.

Aiz then turned to bell :" turned around "

Bell :" why ?"

Aiz:" I want to have a bath, you keep watch"

Bell face became red as a tomato which made Aiz chuckles.

Soon Bell walked a little far from the lake and turned towards the forest to keep guard

Aiz :" don't peek"

Bell :" YES!"

However soon when he heard Aiz entering the water a smaller version of his grandfather came out infront of him

Mini Zues:" I am disappointed in you Bell! The heaven on earth is right behind you and you are playing a gentle man now? Didn't you confess to her ? this is your chance! Make me proud of you!"

Mini Hestia popped up :" don't you do it bell! She Is that confident in you to let you around her , so don't disappoint her , she will reward you if you didn't peek"

Bell:" reward ?"

Mini zues:" shut up you loli , what you even know about the youth and forbidden adventures! This your chance bell do it!"

The two continued arguing in bell's mind while his face red from embarrassment.

Before he noticed Aiz already finished her bath and dressed up

Aiz: " I am done you can turn"

Bell turned around to look at Aiz as her wet hair was glittering under rays of light that penetrated forest trees , she was standing by the lake like a goddess who just descended on earth.

Bell was lost for words . they just stood there looking at each other without any worry about any other thing in the world.
