✜ㅤ──ㅤ﹙𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟎𝟏﹚

At the airport of Seoul, Korea; a plane landed. Soon, a male in his 20s, with cherry-red hair came out looking for a familiar face. After a minute or so, the male spotted the brown-haired person he was looking for and without any delay, he went to him.

"Hey, Tae! How are you?" the other male asked.

"Hello, Hobi Hyung. I am fine, how are you doing?" The male, acknowledged as Tae or to be specific Taehyung, asked. After their short greeting both the males headed to the jeep and hopped in that.

"Hyung, I am so sorry, I arrived on sudden notice and disturbed you in your busy schedule. I am so sorry for that," Taehyung apologized as soon as they settled inside the jeep.

"Hey, pabo. Relax, it's perfectly alright. Besides, I don't have to report at this time. So chill." Hoseok assured him and the younger just nodded.

After some time, Taehyung noticed the distressed look on the older male's face and frowned. "Are you okay, Hyung? You seem to have a lot on your mind. Any problem?" The cherry-red-haired male was concerned.

"Ah, nothing serious! Just another important case and my usual boring schedule. Now, what's up with you, huh? The brunette asked him instead.

"Huh?!" Taehyung asked, confused.

"I mean, this sudden visit and your sulky face. Is something bothering you? Wait... Don't tell me you fought with Jeongguk and ran away to escape from him?" Hoseok asked, doubting while Taehyung gave him a look that said 'are you serious?'.

"I don't understand, how both of your brains are filled with weird things and still one managed to be a police officer and the other the founder of N.G.O!" Taehyung uttered in disbelief.

"Well, that's what made us best friends, right? Now tell me about your sudden arrival." Hoseok said.

-Flashback to a week before-

The couples were having their sweet moments by cuddling and snuggling into each other's arms when suddenly Jeongguk received a call from the N.G.O. in Seoul. After ending the call, the purple-haired male had a frown on his face, and seeing that Taehyung asked, "What's wrong, bub? You seem to have some problems. What was the call about?"

"Nothing serious, just the N.G.O there in Seoul, is having some problem and they need me to solve the thing, that's it," Jeongguk informed and the cherry-haired male's smiling face soon turned into a sad one.

"So, that means you would go to Seoul, leaving me here, all alone?" Taehyung asked, making his fiance nod.

Jeongguk knew that the older was sad to hear the news, and why should he not? The purple-haired male and he got little to no time to spend with each other. Jeongguk, most of the time, would be busy with N.G.O.'s works and Taehyung with his manufacturing company. Finally, when both of them took a week off to relax and enjoy each other's company, the sudden news came.

Taehyung did not say anything because he knew the work must be very important that they called Jeongguk. That was why he also agreed to the thing. But the younger male did not like the older's silence, thus, he sat on the other's lap and cupped Taehyung's face.

"Bear, please, don't be sad." Taehyung just sighed and turned his face to the other side, making his fiance sadder. "I am sorry, I didn't want this to happen. Please, don't be angry at me," the purple-haired apologized and his fiance immediately turned only to see tears glistening in his almond eyes, making Taehyung curse under his breath.

Taehyung soon hugged the younger male and patted his back soothingly while whispering, "Shush, my bubbles, it's not your fault. I am sorry. I should have understood. Don't cry, love. Bear is not angry at you. Just irritated with the sudden news." The younger soon calmed down and snuggled more in the older's embrace.

"It's okay, Hyungie. Even, I want us to spend time together, but... I am sor--" Jeongguk was cut off by a sweet and brief peck on his lips.

"You talk too much! Stop being sorry and let's enjoy the day till we have time. And about this work, it's nothing. Because no matter wherever and how far you go, in the end, your home is me only. So, I don't need to worry about it." Taehyung pecked the other on his lips again and then on his forehead while the purple-haired male just closed his eyes in contentment.

"Yes, my home. Always and forever." With that, Jeongguk connected his forehead with the red-headed male and they spent the rest of the day in each other's presence by their side.

The next morning came, and it was time for Jeongguk's flight. As expected Taehyung was sulking that he had to live without his baby.

"Hey, stop sulking like a baby. You know that it's important for me to go. And it's just for a few days, right? So, please stop making sad faces or it will be difficult for me to work," Jeongguk uttered followed by a whine. He also was not feeling like going but what to do, work was important, right? Taehyung just sighed.

"You know what, I don't want you to go. I feel weird, I just don't know. I know I said it was alright. But, can't you just stay and do the thing from here?" Taehyung asked, restless.

"Aigoo! My tigie baby, please, endure this shit for a few days and I will be back in your arms again. And if I do not go early and finish the work then it will also be late to come back to you, right?" Jeongguk tried comforting him.

"Okay, now go or you will miss your flight," Taehyung pecked on his forehead. "Be safe and take care, bub." The younger just smiled at the other's words and affection.

"You also take care of yourself and eat properly. And yeah, miss me." Jeongguk said with a wink while Taehyung flashed his boxy smile and soon his fiance disappeared into the crowd.

After reaching Seoul, Jeongguk called his lover to inform him about his arrival. Every day, Jeongguk called Taehyung to ask about his whereabouts and also said that he had to stay a little longer to solve the problem.
