✜ㅤ──ㅤ﹙𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟎𝟓﹚

A new day came and it was the fourth day since Jeongguk went missing. Taehyung did not know what to feel anymore. It felt like he was drained out of energy because his happy pill, his sunshine, his fiancé, his love- Jeongguk was not there beside him and he had not heard anything from him.

Without Jeongguk, every second seemed like an eternity for Taehyung. Suddenly his phone rang, pulling him out of his daze. He checked the caller id and saw it was Hoseok, hoping that the latter might have found something about his fiance, Taehyung immediately received the call and asked,

"Hyung, did you find Jeongguk? Where is he? Is he alrig- -" the worried male's rambling got cut by Hoseok.

"Tae, relax. We still haven't found anything about him. But we need you to find him."

"Okay, I will be right there." With that, Taehyung ended the call. He hurriedly grabbed a pair of shirts and pants. And quickly hopped in his car, driving away. Soon, he reached the police station. Upon reaching there, he saw Yoongi was also present there. He assumed that maybe the officer called the older as well for the case. Hoseok gestured for the two to come to his cabin and they complied.

"So, without any delay, I am getting to the point. As you know that both Jeongguk and Jimin were working in the N.G.O and went missing on the same day. So, I have this weird hunch, but isn't it interesting? They went missing together and it seems like the cases are connected. Do you guys know anything or did they say something regarding missing cases and stuff?" Hoseok asked, assuming they knew anything.

"Tae didn't say anything. He just informed me that he will be visiting Seoul for some important work and I didn't bother to ask him harshly. Only if I knew." Taehyung informed and sighed.

"Hoseok-ssi. Something just came to my mind! A few days before going missing, Jimin sent me a picture of a medicine asking if I knew about it and he mentioned that it was connected with the missing kids' case that they were trying to solve," Yoongi informed them while snapping his fingers.

"Oh, God! Why didn't you say that before? Anyways, what was the medicine? Can you show me the pic?" Hoseok asked while gasping.

"I don't know what that medicine is. So, I asked him to check the nearby pharmacy. See, this one," Yoongi replied and showed the medicine's picture.

"Maybe that Hyung found out about something!" The youngest among them assumed.

"Okay, let's check out all the pharmacies in this area that were available that day," the officer suggested, and they went out to search. A few hours later, after searching every pharmacy, they, at last, discovered the pharmacy where Jimin went.

"It's Officer Hoseok from Seoul police station. We're here to search for a missing person. Kindly cooperate with us." Hoseok asked in an authoritative tone. Come on, dude, he was a police officer for a reason.

"Sure, Sir, how may I help you?" The pharmacist asked.

"Did this person come here to ask about this medicine?" Hoseok inquired showing the pharmacist the picture of Jimin and the medicine.

"I don't remember as we encounter lots of customers but let me check first. Wait. Yeah, this young man did come here," the pharmacist informed after checking their records.

"Okay, now do you know what this medicine is used for? Or anything?" The officer further investigated.

"Yes, well this is a very strong drug that is used for increasing sexual hormones and stuff. You know what I mean, right?" The pharmacist explained. After hearing that, all three of them were beyond shocked.

"It seems like some big shit. Hyung, do you think that Tae- -"

Taehyung got cut when the pharmacist again spoke, "Sir, also the boy was asking for chloroform and sleeping pills, like who brought them and all that."

"WHAT?!" Hoseok asked out loud in shock.

"Yes, he also kind of came to investigate. After knowing all this, he was also trying to call someone. What was the name... yeah someone named Jeongguk or something maybe," the pharmacist informed. The trio did not say anything after that and decided to leave the place. Just when they got out of the shop, Hoseok got a call from one of his informers.

"Hello. What!?... Really! Are you sure? Okay, thanks for the information." And the call ended.

"What happened, Hoseok-ssi?" Yoongi asked.

"Well, one of my informers whom I asked to track the phones of Jeongguk, Jimin, and SeokJin-ssi, informed me that they got the last location of their phones," Hoseok informed with a very slight smile playing on his lips.

"So, what's the location, Hyung?" Taehyung asked.

"You will be surprised to know that all of them were at the same place with short distances from each other and that also around this place. Now, isn't it very interesting?" The brunette officer informed and chuckled.

"WHAT THE FUCK!?" Both Yoongi and Taehyung cursed at the same time.

"Then we should start searching already," the red-haired male asked.

"Yes, but let me call Mr. Kim here first, after all his husband is also involved here." Hoseok dialed the call and the others just nodded.

Soon, Namjoon also came and they started their search. Not too long, they spotted a car nearby, and immediately the blonde knew whose car it was, he quickly ran towards the car, followed by others.

"Officer, it's Jin's car!" Namjoon exclaimed while Hoseok immediately checked and found SeokJin's broken phone in there. They also found some traces of dried blood. That was when Namjoon completely broke down.

"Hey, hey, Mr. Kim. Please, hold yourself. Don't break apart like this." Hoseok almost whispered. "We will surely find them all, please, just don't lose hope."

After comforting Namjoon, they again continued their search, in hope of finding something more. All of their eyes started wandering around the place where SeokJin's car was placed. The four pairs of eyes looked at every nook and crook to find any piece of evidence for the discovery of their missing partners.

Suddenly two pieces of glass reflected the rays of the sun on their eyes. It was the screens of Jimin and Jeongguk's cell phones that caught their attention, which were also broken. Hoseok went near it and brought it up, and soon everyone understood the situation.

"So, that means..." Hoseok trailed off.

...all of them are kidnapped by the same person," Taehyung finished.
