It was 6 am, and it was raining in the whole RoseMeadow. It wasn't raining too much, but there was wind. Really cold wind.

A couple was cuddling under the blankets, not even thinking about wake up, until the alarm start to ring, and one of them starts to get up from the bed
"Where are you going?" one of them asked
"To work." the other aswered
"But hunny, It's too cold."
The blonde boy stared at the teal haired girl who still was under the blankets
"I know.. I know.. But aren't you the perfect one? The one that never is late? The one who makes sure that everything is right? So, you must understand why I have to go." the male replied. He couldn't lie to himself, he really wanted to stay in the bed, but he couldn't miss work. And in the top of it all, he wanted to make his girlfriend proud. He wanted to show her that he also can be helpful to something.
"No." The girl started to grab the blonde boy in all the ways possible to take him back to bed
"I- Wha- What are you doing?!" The blonde started yelling confused
"Putting you back in your place." She said wrapping her arms around his waist and putting him back on the bed. Jake sighed
"Look Hailey, I really have to go-"
"Shut up." she started to put blankets over him and cuddle him "It's too cold outside. I am not letting you go"
"I'm not cold!" Jake grumbled
"Yeah I totally belive you" The girl rolled her eyes

Knowing that there was no way to escape, Jake sighed and gave up of getting up. Soon he felt Hailey putting his head on her chest and started to pet his hair
"Your hair is so fluffy.." Hailey giggled. Jake would never admit it, but he actually loves when people pet his hair. It's really relaxing... Jake looked up to face Hailey. He looked deply into her black eyes, and couldn't miss the opportunity to flirt
"Your eyes are prettier than the night you know?" he said softly making Hailey lightly blush.
"T-Thank you.." she stuttered. It was her reaction to every single compliment she gets

Eventually, Jake started to get cold and hid his face on Hailey's chest as he hugs her tightly to make himself warn.

"Not cold huh?" She teased
"Shut up" the blonde mumbled

Hailey was proud of herself for teasing her partner, but she couldn't help but find it adorable

The rain was slowy going away, but the cold wasn't.

Hailey started humming a lullaby that her mother used to sing for her. She remembers every single word, and she hums it to make herself or other people sleep. Hailey's voice is so pretty, that even though she wasn't singing it out loud it still sounded beatiful and calming, wich made Jake fall asleep on her arms

Hailey looked down to see her sleeping boy cuddling on her chest and smiled at him. There was nothing better than have those lovely moments with her lover, and she wouldn't replace it for nothing in the world.
