Chapter 1

[Y/n's] pov.

After an hour of fighting those disgusting creatures, i finally slashed the last demon's head.

"You all really thought you could win over a goddess like me? Hah! you fools." i said as the demon started disappearing.

"Caw! Caw! Oyakata-sama is asking for all the pillars to come to the headquarter for a meeting! Go to the headquarter! Caw!" i heard as i looked up and saw my crow flying around me.

It was five in the morning and i could already see the sunrise.

"I'm pretty far from the headquarter, i guess i better start running." i said before i put my nichirin swords on my back and start heading toward the destination.

When i arrived to the headquarter all the pillars were there except for Shinazugawa.

"Hello there, Kyojuro-san, Mitsuri-san!" i greeted the two pillars as i stood besides the pink haired girl.

"Hi, Y/n-san! It's been a while since we've met!" Kyojuro said, while brightly smiling at me.

"Hello Y/n-chan!!" Mitsuri greeted back with a blush across her face.

'Y/n always greets me! she's so cool!!' Mitsuri started fangirling over the said hashira.

As i smiled back at them i heard the kakushi yelling at the unconscious boy on the floor.

"Hey! Hey! Hey you! Wake up! Wake up right now! You're in front of the pillars!"

The brown haired boy finally woke up with a shocked face.

He just looked at us when Shinobu started talking, "This is the headquarters of the demon slayer hunters. You are on trial due to you traveling with a demon. Kamado Tanjiro."

"There's no need for trial here! Protecting demons is clearly a violation of conduct! We can deal with it by ourselves! we'll decapitate every demon!" Kyojuro said with a bright smile.

"Then let me cut her head off flamboyantly. I'll show i can spray the blood more flamboyantly than anyone else. It'll be a flamboyant flamboyance." i said.

"Ahhh.. What a shoddy child she is. How sorrowful. It's so sorrowful that she was born into this world." Gyomei said as he started crying.

"Let's kill her." Gyomei said again.

"Yeah, flamboyantly." i agreed with him.

"More importantly. What are we gonna do about Tomioka? According to Kocho, Tomioka violated the demon hunter conduct as well.
How will we deal with him? How will we make him take responsibility? How are we gonna make him suffer?" Iguro said from the tree near us.

"Well it's fine, right? he followed me without causing a ruckus. More importantly, i want to hear this boy's story." Shinobu said while looking at the boy laying on the floor.

"Even Tomioka-san's here because of me-" the boy abruptly stopped talking as he started coughing.

"He should get some water. Your chin is hurting so take time drinking. There's a painkiller there, so you will ease up a bit, but don't push yourself too much." Shinobu said as she approached him and held the water bottle to him.

When the guy stopped drinking, he started yelling again, "My little sister was turned into a demon. But she has never eaten someone before. And she will never hurt a living person."

"Don't spit out stupid rash remarks so recklessly. I can't trust anything you're saying. And i won't trust them." Iguro said as he pointed at the guy.

"Ahhh... you're being obsessed with the demon. Let's kill this pitiful child quickly and release him from suffering." Gyomei spoke up, with tears running down his face.
