Chapter Eighteen

THREE DAYS LATER

It's been 3 days after the show but the public has still not gotten over the shock given to them by ASR including staffs of AR who treated ASR himself badly when he came undercover to check the staffs at the company, that's all okay but we can't say the same for Miss Gupta who kept zoning out since the show got over for the past 3 days and our ASR left the country to sign another contract in the states.

AR OFFICE

Khushi was sitting at her cubicle with a Sketch paper before her but she seems to be in another world.

Party hall

Khushi was standing with payal at a corner, payal had dragged khushi away when the twins came before she will create a scene when Maya and Radhika came to them.

Maya- "Hi Payal ma'am" she greets politely making khushi shock

Payal- "Hey Maya, Radhika. How are you doing? And I told you to stop calling me ma'am." She says

Radhika- " Ma'am is fine, we don't want to loose our jobs like Neha did so please allow us" she requested politely and Payal could only sigh. They were conversing not realizing the shocked figure standing beside them.

Khushi- "Ek minute ek minute....... Why are two calling my Jiji ma'am" she ask in shock

Maya& Radhika- " WHAT" they both scream at once causing payal and Khushi to flinch and earning glares from people and they apologise turning to khushi again

Maya- "Ma'am is your sister?" She asked shocked

Khushi- "Why are you calling her ma'am?" She ask again

Payal- " Can you two be with her for sometime I want to go to the restroom I'll be back soon" she says

Maya- " Sure ma'am" she replies and radhika nods agreeing.

Payal looks at Khushi as if warning her to behave and see left to the washroom knowing Maya and Radhika will at least tell her some things

Radhika- "Why didn't you tell us that you're related to ASR?" She questions as soon as payal was out of earshot

Khushi- " I am not related to him" she replies immediately

Maya- "Huh..... But still he refers to your sister as his sister so what does that make you? " She ask

Khushi- " I'm not in any way related to him. Infact I hate him. " She says angrily

Radhika- " Low your tone. He fired the head designer called Neha cause she disrespected ma'am" she tells her and Khushi looks at them shocked beyond words she looks at Arnav who was having Avni in his arms and laughing at she was telling him.

Arnav looks up feeling her gaze on him and their was a moment of eyelock which Arnav broke quickly and concentrate on Avni.
Khushi looks down confused and lost in thoughts forgetting about the two people before her who were equally confused.

Khushi was lost in thoughts as she couldn't understand what was happening around her, her small brain had captured so many things which she was finding difficult to process and slowly it started giving her a headache and she started rubbing her temples. With too much noise in the hall she excused herself from her two friends who looked at her worriedly but she assured them that she is fine and just needed some air.

Walking up to the hotel rooftop she leans against the bar railing and inhale deeply allowing her mind to drift off from the happenings of the night.

Lost in thoughts she didn't realize the presence of another person until she felt a pair of warm hands on waist sliding in front of her waist and pulling her to hard chest, a scream threaten to escape her lips but when she felt the Sparks she instantly relaxed in the hold against her wish and her capture smiled from behind her.

Arnav although having avni in his arms his eyes still followed her movement and he was worried when he saw her rubbing her temples and he immediately excused himself from the two families with the excuse that he has to make a call when he saw her leaving the hall but Arvind and Manorama knew where he was going and they gave him a thumbs up.

He had been watching her for the almost 5 minutes and he noticed that she was out of thoughts and did not realize his presence so he went up from behind her and hold her, he just couldn't control himself, she looked so beautiful under the night stars as her face glows with less minimal makeup

Arnav- "Are you okay jaan?" He ask softly inhaling her hair scent and sighing

Khushi- "Hmmm." She just hums in agreement against her wish again leaning back on him

Arnav- "I miss you" he says again, and just like that it was like khushi woke up from her Dreamland and bark away from him turning around to face man only to be shocked seeing Arnav before her.

Khushi- "YOU" she exclaims and only got a smirk from him in return which irritated her even more

Khushi- "How dare you touch me?" She ask angrily

Arnav- "I dared to with my hands" he says mischievously slightly waving his hands in air with the same smirk on his face

Khushi- "I'm not one of your those females that you think you can do such kind of things with." She says  without any emotions

Arnav- "True. You're not one of those females because YOU ARE THE ONLY FEMALE. " He replies

Khushi- " Did your so called fiancee know that you're up here talking to me?" She ask looking around

Arnav- " Oh don't worry about her. She trust me completely unlike some people." He replies smoothly, the words somehow affected khushi but she remains nonchalant

Khushi- "Whatever I don't care. My boyfriend wouldn't like you close to me and alone so can you please leave?" She says looking down .

Her statement instantly made Arnav to go stiff and his face turns furious in seconds

Arnav- "What.did.you.say.?" He ask word by word through gritted teeth

Khushi looked up at him feeling the anger radiating from him in waves and instantly backed away  from him and looked down again seeing his furious look, she has never seen him this furious

Khushi- "Iiii........I said ttthhhhaaaat......mmyyy booyyyfffri......."

Arnav- " Finish that sentence once again khushi I dare you to" he cuts her of furiously taking a step towards her and she backed away from him only to be stopped by a wall behind her leaving her with no way to escape except she passes through the beast before her.

Arnav- " I may have been quiet all these while khushi but it never changed the fact that YOU are STILL MINE and YOU WILL FOREVER BE MINE. Dare you to have another man an inch close to what is mine and I swear to Goddess I'll fucking tear his heart out of his chest right before you." He says furiously leaning close to her face cupping the back of her neck to make her look in to his eyes.

She was left shocked seeing the amount of madness in his eyes and not to forget his voice and face showed he means every word he just uttered but she tries to be brave and go against his words

Khushi- "You.....you can......you cannot mak....... You cannot stop me from having a boyfri......." That was the only thing she word get out as she soon felt a pair of warm lips on her lips shocking her to the core.
