"ANDREW! RUN" you shouted at your little brother , as you were fighting off one of the dead.
They had invaded your little campsite. There were at least twenty people there . now ... There was barely ten . You and Andrew had found a group of people and you guys had a little home for a while. It has been at least 8 months since the out break , you have learned a lot within that time .
The time there most active is in day but in night they cool down a little not a lot they aren't fast , atleast not all of them . if you are bit , it takes one hour for you to turn. If you get scratched , you can survive, don't make a lot of noise they have good hearing. Also they have this one weird trait they are some how are afraid of fire.
You and Andrews camp have been invaded , this has happened lots of times to you guys . it nothing your not used to but it still hurts, so that's why you don't make bonds with anyone , because one day they're right there the next gone.
As you and Andrew were running you picked him up he was getting tired . you made sure to have your silencer on your gun just in case you ran into one of them . never have your guard down. You don't know how long you had been running but you some how made it out of the woods , you were now on a road you put Andrew down so you could breath. Across the road you seen a store , and there was a pharmacy right next to it .
it looked like a little town you ran up . this could be a place you can take sheltered at for a while. Andrew needs the sleep.
"hey Andrew, buddy we need to go Inside there, to get supplies so you need to stick bye my side like always okay?"
You were now down at his level making sure he understood still reassuring him that you will keep him safe.like you always have .
"Okay sis Ill stay bye you !" , "good now come on" you answered him as you both walked up to the store . before you entered you looked through the window, then you secured you back pack so I case you needed to run it wouldn't catch on anything , then you pulled out you flash light and and gun making sure the silencer was secured and had ammo , it was full . you were ready.
You slowly opened the door just in case it made lot of noise,
It didn't luckily. You let Andrew come In front of you so you could get in. Then you turned on your flash light scanning it with your left holding the flash light while you right is over you.
Left holding the gun for balance.

You scanned the area it was clear? Usually theres at least about five .but nothing .
Fine with you at least you won't have clear 10 or more of those things.You have done it before, but its tiring .when you finish scanning you looked for the canned food , today's your lucky day there was some canned food left.
"Look Andrew there's food.!" You told him He had the brightest smile in his face .
You were happy he was happy , for the moment . you have to enjoy these moments even if its the little things because they can be gone like that.

You and Andrew stacked up on food and supplies and had ate , he found candy so you stacked up on Some of your (f/c) (favourite candy) and left the store.
As you walked out you headed to the pharmacy, good thing it wasn't locked .
As you did before you scanned the place making sure there were no dead , and it was a small little pharmacy nothing to fancy so you started to stack up on some meds , bandages and ect.
Andrew was right next to helping with all the stuff.
